The spacious living room can accommodate up to 25 guests, providing a perfect setting for gatherings and relaxation. The kitchen has professional-grade appliances, including a pizza oven, allowing culinary creativity and convenience. Additionally, there are two guest powder rooms for added comfort.

INCLUDED WITH RENT:
• Electricity, central A/C, heat, water and final cleaning
• Villa staff: the staff has one day off per week
* House-keeping from 7:30am to 4:30pm
* Chef for 8 hours per day
* Concierge for 8 hours per day
• Daily morning cleaning, including change of linens and bath towels.
• Daily continental breakfast
• Welcome dinner – chef’s choice.
• One complimentary cooking class
• Pool and garden maintenance daily
• DSL line connected with villa computer and Wi-Fi for personal laptop.
• Porter service included from 4 pm to 6 pm on arrival and from 8 am to 10 am on departure. For arrivals outside of the above scheduled hours or on Sunday, porter service will be subject to a fee of €15 per suitcase.
NOT INCLUDED WITH RENT:
• Additional staff hours: €35 per hour/per staff member
• Personal laundry service: €35 per load (10 pieces)
• Cost of food and beverage
• Telephone and fax charged on usage.
• Parking fee per day: €50 for car, €80 for van, valet service included.
• Late check-in and earlier check-out can be arranged with a local porter on an extra charge basis.
NOTES:
• Food allowance: €3,000 to be paid upon arrival in cash.
• Damage Liability: €10,000 pre-auth on credit card.
• Visitor’s tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location), which may be applied for the first ten days at the destination. This tax is payable locally in Euro cash.
• Smoking is permitted only on the terrace.
• Pets allowed with dog sitter (available also at the villa at extra charge)
• Check-in: between 4:00 pm–6:00 pm; Check-out: from 8:00 am to 10:00 am
