Welcome to Viatu, a 6-bedroom luxury Villa that is nestled steps from Grace Bay Pelican Beach, in the serene area of Leeward in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. This exquisite villa, Viatu, is translated from Swahili meaning sandals or barefoot. Here you can walk along the beach with your toes in the soft sugar fine sand as your villa a mere 200 yards away. Your private villa expands over 8000 sq. ft. of interior space and there is an abundance of space covering over the private pool, terrace and tropical gardens that surround this property.

Viatu can accommodate up to sixteen guests across its multiple spacious and luxurious suites. The property consists of four individually named suites. On the ground level (pool level) you will find the Kutulia Junior and Bahari suites. Making way up to the second floor you will discover two more independent suites, Amani and Kiangazi Junior Deluxe Studio suite. The suites enable you to have your own secluded privacy during your stay. This property has been designed carefully, by merging two separate duplexes into one superior unique villa, Viatu. The villa follows a very modern architectural layout and interior design as it was only finished construction in 2017. The pristine villa is ready for you to indulge in with impeccable features such as six luxurious en-suite bedrooms, a large private outdoor living and dining area, private turquoise saltwater pool, an outdoor hot tub, a tropical garden surrounding the villa, and the ocean views from Pelican beach - a moment to the water’s edge.

The exteriors of the property provide you with a truly rustic Caribbean lifestyle experience. The villa is perched peacefully, overlooking the glistening ocean and white sandy beach ahead. Slip into the crystallized waters of your private pool for a refreshing morning swim and then lay back on the plush comfortable sun loungers to dry off and soak in the sun's warm embrace. You can pop up one of the large parasols to sit under the cool shade if you wish or why not lounge in the outdoor seating areas as you read your favorite novel and let the cool Caribbean breeze skim across your skin? Let your worries float away as you delve into the outdoor spa tub and sip on a refreshing drink from the minibar. Regain a sense of well-being in body and mind as you submerge yourself in this peaceful environment with sublime sea views. Swing on the hammocks before you decide what you want for dinner. You can light up the barbeque in the evenings as the sun sets, leaving the sky turn from a warm amber to a deep midnight blue. The outdoor dining area is ideal for enjoying your smokey, delicious meal under the sparkling stars. The evening does not have to end there; you can always light the fire in the built-in fire pit and watch the flames dance and crackle before you go to sleep.

Spending a day on the beach is easy here, as it is a stone's throw away. Ask the beach attendant to set up your chairs, umbrellas, and loungers, and then simply pack a picnic into the beach wagon before you head out into the warm sun. Don’t forget the sunblock! You can take a refreshing swim in the tranquil waters of the Caribbean Sea, or go snorkeling using the equipment provided, as the waters are crystal clear. Walk barefoot along the shore as the water laps onto your toes and look for some little shells to keep with you. You can go Kayaking along the smooth waters or maybe even try some paddleboarding. If you want to venture around the area you can also take the bicycles out for a leisurely spin.

The interiors of the property are truly majestic, with every detail attended to with the utmost care. The crafted Crawford ceilings and pristine white space create a very open and spacious area. The rooms are fitted with large windows and doors, allowing the rooms to be flooded with natural light and the Caribbean Sea breeze to float through effortlessly. The suites are fully air-conditioned, fitted with a surround sound system inside and outside, and delicate artwork is laced throughout the home.

On entering the villa, three bedrooms are on the Pool/Ground Level, spread across two individually named suites. Kutulia Junior suite includes a queen-sized bedroom with a private en-suite attached. The room includes key features such as a large closet, Television, iPod docking station, Air conditioning, Ceiling fan, and views of the pool and gardens. The suite is fitted with independent amenities also including a fully equipped kitchenette, Lounging, and living area with access to the terrace with outdoor furniture, a secure safe, minibar, dining area, and storage room. Bahari is a two-bedroom suite with a similar independent structure. It includes a master King bedroom and a guest Queen bedroom, both with private en-suite bathrooms. This suite has a private entrance from the driveway and pool deck, respectively. It is fitted with its own lounge and, living area, and dining area with direct access to the pool area. Space has a fully equipped kitchen with a luxurious Island, ready for you to try out some new and exciting recipes.

Making your way up to the upper level, you will locate the remaining three bedrooms, based on two individual suites, Amani and Kiangazi Junior Deluxe Studio suite. Amani consists of two luxurious bedrooms, a king and queen-sized room with private en-suite bathrooms. This space has a Lounge Area, Dining Area, Outdoor Ocean view lounge, outdoor dining area, kitchen with an island, air conditioning, as well as views of the pool area. The Kiangazi suite has one king-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom attached. The space includes a private balcony with sea views, a small fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a luxurious Minibar, and views of the pool area.

It’s also very conveniently located from the airport as it is a short twenty-minute drive. The closest grocery shop is six minutes from your doorstep. There are also some tourist attractions you may want to visit, including Iguana Cay (1.5km), the Blue Haven Marina (1.5km), Princess Alexandra National Park (5km), and the delightful Turtle Cove Marina (10.2km)
