Welcome to Villa Vialenc, a cosy 3 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Gustavia St Barths. From the wrap-around balcony of Villa Vialenc guests enjoy the iconic St. Barth view of the harbour with all its charm and fascination for boat-lovers. Named for its mid-20th-century resident, the islands first doctor, Villa Vialence is a piece of St. Barth history, a classic West Indies style home built during the Swedish period. This is the ideal spot for any of the island’s sailing events, and the sunsets are amazing.

There is also a lovely, sunny garden on the south side of the house. Within walking distance of the island’s very best luxury shopping and many of its finest restaurants, the villa is truly the perfect town house.

Gustavia is one of the prettiest harbour towns in the Caribbean. Its steep bay walls tumble to a rectangular waterfront with attractive red-roofed buildings overlooking the harbour from three sides. There is a lovely board walk around much of the waterfront. Here you will find lots of small boats and tenders moored at the restaurants and bars which gives it a lovely atmosphere.

In the winter season, Gustavia is one of the most fashionable places in the world with many luxury yachts moored shoulder to shoulder.

On shore the streets are steep and narrow and full of character. There is often a lively buzz around many of the bars and restaurants particularly along the boardwalk. The streets are lined with serious fashion names such as Louis Vuitton and Hermes as well as some beautiful boutiques and designers that are unique to St Barths.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and offers 2 shared bathrooms. Please note that the Holiday rate applies for the St. Barth Bucket, Les Voiles de Saint Barth, Easter holiday, and the week of Thanksgiving.

Wrap around terrace facing the harbor, with teak furniture to enjoy the view, and opening onto the side garden.
