Perched in the prestigious gated enclave of Mont Vernon 3 in St. Martin, Venus offers an unparalleled escape with breathtaking views of Orient Bay. The villa spans 200 square meters of sophisticated interior space designed for both relaxation and entertainment.
Step inside an inviting open-plan living area where contemporary elegance meets comfort. The stylish living room seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a pass-through window for effortless meal service to the expansive covered outdoor dining area. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors erase the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living, letting in gentle breezes and stunning island vistas.
The villa’s outdoor terrace is a haven of relaxation, perfect for al fresco dining or unwinding in the shaded lounge. After a day of island exploration, take a refreshing dip in the private pool or soak in the jacuzzi, all while soaking in the panoramic views under a starlit sky. The spacious pool deck, furnished with four plush lounge chairs and three floating bubble chairs, is an ideal spot for sunbathing. For added security, the pool features an alarm system.
Venus comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four elegantly appointed bedrooms, each offering privacy and modern comforts. The Primary Suite boasts a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, and breathtaking ocean views. With direct access to the pool terrace, this suite offers seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Bedrooms two and three, located on the opposite side of the villa, also feature king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and private entrances. These rooms share a terrace with direct access to the pool and jacuzzi, creating a perfect blend of privacy and connection.
For guests seeking extra seclusion, the fourth bedroom is a private lower-level studio. Complete with a king-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (including a coffee machine, stove, and fridge), an en-suite bathroom, and a secluded terrace, this retreat is perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee while admiring the sunrise.
