Welcome to Villa Valentina, a luxury and spacious 4-bedroom (plus an additional kids’ room) villa located in the exclusive Pointe Milou area of St Barths. Located in Pointe Milou overlooking the Atlantic to the east, this property is bathed in sunlight all day. On entering this stunning villa, you are surrounded by elegant interiors and a large sun-soaked terrace. This villa accommodates up to 14 guests (max 8 adults) and is perfect for a secluded and relaxed retreat to the island.

The living, dining and kitchen area is designed using an open plan layout that seamlessly opens to the exteriors. The living area features bold blue sofas that overlook the terrace. You can choose to dine inside or out if you wish.

The serene terrace provides ample amenities from the infinity edge swimming pool, that is also heated, sun loungers, alfresco dining, to the panoramic azure ocean views in the distance. Indulge in this island style way of life as you dine under the stars or watch the sun set over the horizon.

At Exceptional Villas we offer a full, complimentary concierge service with all our villas. We can arrange car rental, VIP airport assistance, airport transfers, pre-stock the villa with groceries prior to your arrival, make restaurant reservations, spa treatments, organize excursions and much more. LOCATION DETAILS
Saint Barthelemy is a French-speaking Caribbean island that is known for its lavish sugar-fine beaches, high-end restaurants, and designer shops. The island is commonly known as St Barts/St Barths and enjoys the dramatic landscape with soaring mountains and powdery white beaches laced along the coast. Villa Valentina is based along the northeastern part of the island. The villa overlooks the Caribbean Sea and includes views of Lorient beach and St Jean Bay in the distance. The villa is oceanfront and is nearest to the sandy shores of Marigot beach and a little further is Lorient Beach.

Marigot Beach is based between the Grand Cul-de-Sac and Lorient Beaches. The water is mild and safe to swim in and the shore indulges in powdery white sands. The luxurious Lorient beach is a further in distance only a few minutes drives, however, this beach offers endless picture-perfect moments. This beach is located east of the sought-after St. Jean Beach. Lorient includes a surf shop where you have access to rent gear or book a surf lesson/guide.

St Jean beach is under a short ten-minute drive from the villa. This beach is one of the most popular beaches on the island and is based right beside the Eden Rock Hotel (Valentina includes access to the amenities of Eden Rock Hotel).
