Welcome to Uxue Villa, a stunning 8-bedroom property in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This gorgeous home and its guesthouse are the perfect place for you and your family to come and enjoy a magnificent vacation in Turks and Caicos. Inspired by its incredible natural surroundings, UXUE (pronounced ooh-SHOO-eh) stands for tranquillity, adventure, and style.

Uxue is located on the dunes, forming the beautiful backdrop to the warm, clear blue waters and white powdery sand of the exceptional Long Bay Beach. This property has been designed from the outset as a serene and peaceful abode and an escape from home life's worries and stresses.

The property was designed to blend beautifully into its natural surroundings. The villa and its guesthouse are nestled into the colorful landscape of Turks and Caicos. The unique flora and fauna complement the property and add the stunning vibe of the Caribbean.

The design of the main house responds to the protected primary dune system by positioning two courtyard bedrooms behind the dunes, with a kitchen, living, and four further bedroom areas facing the lee side. Several sheltered outdoor spaces within staggered low walls offer further protection from the elements while framing wide views out to sea.

Uxue's main house is a six-bedroom, 7-bathroom property comprising three floors, with private, direct access to a stunning beach and uninterrupted panoramic views over the ocean. A private access road that preserves the lush native landscape leads to the magnificent main entrance. The ground floor features two guest bedrooms, each also featuring an en-suite bathroom and its own courtyard garden.

A charming spiral staircase leads guests up to the main floor of the property. The villa offers a well-equipped chef kitchen, a large inside entertaining area, and a media and library room. These spaces are great for relaxing, entertaining, and catching up with friends. Outside offers several dining terraces, an outdoor kitchen, a lava stone infinity pool, shaded lounge terraces, Ipe timber decks, and a fire pit.

The villa's top floor features the master bedroom and three further guest bedrooms – all of which are en-suite. The master bedroom and two guest bedrooms feature wonderful balconies with stunning views of the beach and ocean below. The fourth bedroom has far-reaching island views and a lateral sea view.

The comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom guesthouse is located on Uxue's grounds and is ideal for those who look for a bit of privacy during the vacation.

A lovely timber path leads directly to a further sunning deck and the stunning beach, where the property offers its own air compressor for the comfort and ease of kite boarding guests.

It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.

LOCATION:
All the shops, grocery stores, liquor stores, duty-free stores, bars, and restaurants are within a 10-minute drive to the Grace Bay area. If you intend to go out and explore our beautiful island, a car rental is recommended.
