GOOD TO KNOW:
• Maximum guests: 10 adults + 2 extra children under five years old
• Rates are based on double occupancy
• The Villa can accommodate an additional two guests with the required fee of $35 + 21% tax per day
• No smoking indoors

• Dogs welcome: dogs are allowed on the property depending on breed/size. Preauthorization must be obtained by the reservation team in advance, along with the pet fee of USD 250 + 16% tax paid upon arrival. Dogs are not always allowed on furniture without a large towel or a sheet under the pet
• Check in at 3:30pm, check out at 11am
• Please note that all meal plan requests must be made with advance notice, dependent upon occupancy. Dining times are based on the first requests
• Only Registered villa guests are allowed in the villa/ [property unless authorization has been given for visitors during the day and ID provided to Security
• No outside vendors are allowed to provide any services at the villa
• A customary tip of 5% of the total standard/base rental rate is to be given to Guest Services upon checkout (tips are pooled and divided amongst grounds staff)
• Please note that parking spaces are guaranteed for one vehicle per villa. Additional parking spaces may be possible but not guaranteed.
