Welcome to Turtle Ridge Villa, a superb 5-bedroom villa that overlooks the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

An elementary design with a clean finish on the exterior, embellished only with the tropical greenery surrounding it, the villa is topped off by a brilliant white roof, clad in a pyramid fashion. The rear of the property faces out onto the ocean with spectacular views and is a natural sun trap; a wide arc window crowns the center gable, maximizing the amount of light that fills the house. A stone-laid patio skirts the swimming pool while sun loungers and parasols lie in wait for guests who wish to make full use of the opportunity to soak up the sun. The refreshing Caribbean breeze blowing in from the ocean will help regulate the temperature of the villa as it travels through, but the calm waters of the infinity pool are sure to help revitalize and refresh guests if the heat gets too much. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen is at guests' disposal, including a barbeque, perfect for al fresco dinners, and with an outdoor area set aside, especially for dining, there’s no reason not to.

A glimpse of the glittering waters of the sea, which is only a 3-minute walk away, pulls you through the front door and out to the rear of the villa as the interior expands into a great open-plan room. The great room houses the kitchen, dining room and lounge area under one lofty, well-appointed ceiling, vaulted and clad in Balinese wood; a strikingly beautiful feature of the villa interior that is a remarkable sight upon entering for the first time.

The lounge area extends out onto the patio by way of folding glass doors, and comfortable seating abounds; whether it be the plush cream sofas within the great room or the comfortable blue couches on the patio itself, there is ample choice for guests to make themselves at home. Adjacent to the lounge, the dining area is comprised of an elegant glass dining table with seating for eight, with a classic chandelier suspended overhead; beyond that, the breakfast bar has further seating with several stools along its length. A fully equipped kitchen containing modern appliances and sleek cabinetry will be a delight for chefs and food enthusiasts alike to put to use; it is ready to cater to guests’ culinary requirements and aid in the preparation of richly flavored meals. There are several points in the villa where the outer terrace may be accessed, and the kitchen is no exception, making it a breeze to decide between indoor or outdoor dining.

There are three luxuriously furnished bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the terrace, on either side of the pool. The third is located at the front of the villa. All bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds and are afforded en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Additionally, the two new Master bedrooms include outdoor showers, a closet with a safe, tv, and air conditioning. Of course, great Ocean Views of Grace Bay are part of the deal!

LOCATION DETAILS
Situated west of Grace Bay on the Bight Settlement, the area offers fantastic scenery and quiet surroundings, allowing guests to take full advantage of the privacy and security the villa affords. The silken sands of the nearest beach are reachable on foot in just 3 minutes or less. Despite its small size, the island is best traversed by car, as many sights and locations are quite spread out. Approximately 10 minutes drive to the Providenciales International Airport, Turtle Ridge Villa is also about 10 minutes from the Provo Golf Club (5.9km). Grace Bay, the island capital, is just 5km away and has some of the best shops and restaurants in the Caribbean. Grace Bay Beach is also high on the list of the best beaches in the world. Blue Haven Marina is the place for watersports and hosts a wide variety to choose from; guests can charter boats, go scuba diving, fish, and take eco-tours of the barrier reef. Further west on the island is Smith’s Reef (2.7km), a popular spot to go snorkeling and view beautiful reefs and the marine wildlife that populate them.
