The Main Villa and pool house can sleep eight adults and two children in pack-n-plays or memory foam roll-away beds.

Bedroom 1: primary suite, lower level, king bed, ocean views, walk-out access to the pool deck, spacious walk-in closet, ensuite with dual vanity, soaking bathtub, and separate shower.
Bedroom 2: lower level, king bed, ocean views, walk-out access to the pool deck, Smart TV, ensuite with double vanity, and zero-entry rainfall shower with water wand.
Bedroom 3: lower-level, pool house, king bed, ocean views, walk-out access to a private cabana and the pool deck, double closets, Smart TV, ensuite with dual vanity, and zero-entry rainfall shower with water wand.
Bedroom 4: lower level, king bed, garden views, double closets, Smart TV, ensuite with double vanity, and zero-entry rainfall shower with water wand.

The Carriage Suite above the garage sleeps two adults max.
Bedroom 5: private entry, upper-level, king bed, desk + chair with dual monitor hub, Smart TV, ensuite with shower.

The Guesthouse sleeps two guests, suitable for family staff or teenagers.

SERVICES:
Guests booking a 7-night stay will receive a warm airport welcome from a professional driver aboard a 28-seat mini-coach transporting your entire group to and from the airport.

7-night stays will also receive 3-weekday light housekeeping visits, scheduled with the property manager upon arrival. Cleaning teams will be on-site for 3 hours tidying up the villa. Shorter stays can purchase housekeeping blocks in 3-hour increments.
