While staying at the Porta Fortuna development of Punta Mita guest receive complimentary access to the Residents´ Beach Club. The beach club is also home to Sufi, one of the most renowned restaurants in Punta Mita. Sufi also offers delivery service exclusive to guests of Porto Fortuna.

The living area is a charming open plan space featuring indoor dining and a fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors open right back to allow the Pacific breeze to pass through. The terrace features a nice plunge pool and a surrounding lawn area. There is also an outdoor BBQ grill.

Villa Turquesa in Punta Mita is set on two levels and features 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms. The Master Bedrooms offers wonderful ocean views and features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
