Accommodating up to 26 guests, this beachfront oasis is just 20 minutes from the vibrant town of Tulum and an hour's drive from the new Tulum airport.

As you step through the grand, floor-to-ceiling wooden doors, you'll be captivated by the villa’s meticulous design and attention to detail. The decor marries contemporary style with tropical charm, featuring local woods and fabrics that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Large glass windows flood the space with natural light and provide stunning ocean views. A striking cement spiral staircase serves as a centerpiece, perfectly balanced by a tropical-inspired rope chandelier. With its V-shaped architecture, Villa Tulkal makes the most of its expansive 14,452 square feet, dedicating the upper floor primarily to luxurious suites while reserving the ground floor for shared living spaces.

The villa's right-wing features an entertainment room with a TV, pool table, and foosball table, making it the perfect spot for games and relaxation. Stepping outside, you'll find a spacious open-air dining and lounge area for al fresco meals under the stars. A few steps further, the bar and grill area invites you to enjoy BBQ afternoons and sunset cocktails. The pool and sundeck are at the heart of the property, surrounded by comfortable beach chairs and sunbeds, ideal for soaking up the sun in this tropical paradise. On the left side of the villa, a state-of-the-art kitchen and an elegant wooden dining room, illuminated by an artistic, organically shaped light fixture, create a welcoming space for communal dining. An in-house chef is available to prepare gourmet meals, adding a touch of culinary delight to your stay. After dining, retreat to the indoor lounge area, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking ocean views, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the sea. The upper floor of Tulkal is dedicated to eight luxurious suites, each with its private entry via access card.
