Welcome to Villa Trou Rolland a beautiful six-bedroom villa located on the peaceful bay of Trou Rolland near Marigot Bay on the peaceful West Coast of St Lucia. Trou Rolland is an ideal villa for a family vacation or a group of friends looking for a luxurious and relaxing break in the Caribbean.

This stunning villa stands elegantly up on the hillside with a breathtaking view overlooking the bay and out over the ocean’s horizon. The views can be taken advantage of from the private infinity pool, large open patios and bay windows provide perfect viewing points from all over the house.

Villa Trou Rolland is so ideal for a relaxing beach vacation, guests can easily take a stroll down to Trou Rolland Beach which is almost private and usually deserted. The ocean is so calm here, it is so lovely to relax in St Lucia and watch the sailing boats and Yachts pass by as they sail to and from Marigot Bay. If this area is too serene for you and you’re looking for a little more activity, Marigot Bay has lots to offer in terms of restaurants, shops, and things to do.

Trou Rolland Villa features 6 bedrooms and a media room with a sofa bed that can convert to a bedroom with en suite bath. Four of the bedrooms enjoy en suite bathrooms designed and built by Italian craftsmen, ceiling fans for a cooling breeze when you need it and climate control if you really need that extra coolness in the Caribbean heat. The sixth bedroom shares an en suite bath.

There are 4 levels of patio decks – each equipped for entertaining, sunbathing, swimming and dining. An outdoor spiral staircase allows for easy movement between decks. All floors are covered with Travertine stone tiles and all counters are of rich dark granite.

The main living area enjoys breathtaking Caribbean vistas through tall walls of windows that can be opened to allow the sea breeze easy access. This room also features a vaulted Caribbean style ceiling and a central tower.

This villa is such an amazing haven of beauty and the garden that surrounds the villa is remarkable. The landscaped gardens include rainforest gardens, a waterfall, flowering plants, lawns and tropical fruit trees. The villa entrance entrails you on arrival as the tropical lush gardens will envelop you.

The villa’s location is very private and gated with only a few houses around – close enough for the peace of security in neighbours but not so close to invading anyone’s privacy.

Property not ideally suited to kids under the age of 12 years, only kids over 12 years accepted.

Staff
• We can include a chef service one night per week per booking (5 nights or more) in the high season (Dec 15th to April 14th). Additional nights - Chef is US$55 per meal per head. Cost of food not included in that rate.
• Housekeeping - 1-3 days per week. Available once per week with 1-2 bedrooms occupied, twice per week with 3-4 bedrooms occupied and three times per week with a full house.
• Gardener - 3 times a week
