Tristant 137, is an end unit which benefits from panoramic views of the San Juan Mountains and just alongside the condo is access to the Lower Village Bypass ski run.

As you enter Tristant 137, you are invited into an open foyer leading into the main living area and straight ahead are floor to ceiling windows with incredible views of the surrounding mountains, which are complimented by the log cabin styling of the condo to create the perfect alpine retreat.

The open plan design offers an interconnected gourmet kitchen, dining and living area. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, white wooden cupboards and an island with a beautiful granite countertop, extending to a breakfast bar that can comfortably seat 3 guests – ideal for catching up on the days adventures whilst making a hearty meal for the family, before moving to the dining area which can seat up to 6 guests at the round dining table by the window, so you can relax and look at the mountain views as you dine. The main living area has a large gas fireplace, surrounded by comfortable furniture including a sofa for relaxing evening, or maybe watch a movie on the mounted flat screen TV with surround sound. You can also access a large deck from the main living area which has a grill and outdoor seating for you to immerse yourself in your alpine retreat, wondering at the sheer beauty of the surrounding mountains. A powder room and private garage are also on this floor.

The open staircase leads you upstairs to the loft, which has a relaxing seating area with an office should you need to catch up on emails and two bedrooms. The stunning master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, a seating area near the windows and a large closet with plenty of storage. The bathroom is exquisite with a standalone soaking tub, walk in shower and vanity unit. Bedroom two also has the beautiful vaulted ceilings, a king size bed, flat screen TV, gorgeous views from the large window and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a single vanity unit.

On the lower level of the luxury condo you will find another living space which has a TV, comfortable couch, board games and a door leading to the ski run. You can also access a large private laundry room with a washer and dryer from here too. Two further bedrooms are located on this level and both have access to a large patio with a private hot tub. Bedroom three has a king-sized bed, large built in closet with plenty of storage space, flat screen TV and wonderful views of the mountain. Bedroom four is a bunk room with a queen-sized bed with twin bunk, a flat screen TV, and access to the patio and hot tub. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one has a double vanity until and claw foot but/shower combo, whilst the other is a smaller powder room.

Tristant 137, Exceptional Villas luxurious log cabin style condo, really does have it all for your Telluride vacation, including parking for one car in the garage. There is also room for another car in the driveway, just outside the garage. While guests have access to a funicular, this condo sits directly upon the Lower Village Bypass ski run with access alongside.

LOCATION
Telluride is also one of Colorado’s premier skiing destinations stretching over 2000 acres of unmatched snow sports and Mountain Village frequently receives glowing reviews for its’ alpine scenery and family-friendliness making it a fantastic ski holiday destination for groups of varying skiing experience. With around half of the slopes dedicated to beginners and intermediate skiers, the learning area has wide-open slopes and no lift lines, ensuring that those that are new to the sport can relax and learn without added pressure. For skiers who are more experienced, they can ski or ride ‘The Plunge’, a black diamond run and there is also an amazing ‘Hike to Terrain’ on the upper part of the mountain.

The mountain links the town of Telluride at the bottom of the slopes and Mountain Village up on the slopes, both are fully connected to the slopes and to each other via a complimentary gondola which is a novel method of public transport and operates well into the after-dinner hours.

With over 50 restaurants in Telluride and Mountain Village, serving everything from Sushi to steaks from Ralph Lauren’s Ranch, it is fast becoming a destination for food lovers too! It also has a selection of bars and music venues, so when the sun goes down, the aprés ski party gets started!
