Welcome to Town House, a beautiful 3-bedroom Villa in the heart of Gustavia in St Barts. It overlooks the busy marina, which provides a unique setting and view, and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. No better spot to find yourself in if you like a bit of socializing and nightlife.

The setup of this villa is very straight-forward, airy and light. Two outdoor terraces allow you to enjoy the perfect weather, no matter what the time of day or night might be. One of them offers a wide picture-perfect view over the Gustavia Harbor, providing the ideal setting for pre-dinner cocktails in the evening or even a fresh drink and a light lunch in a warm breezy day. Furnished with a table, sofas and chairs that seat up to ten guests, all under an umbrella to shield you from the direct sun. The second terrace is in a more secluded spot and it houses a lovely plunge-pool, a large coffee table, sofas and seats, thus being the best place for some relax time or a private conversation.

The villa’s full-fitted kitchen is a bright highlight in this home. Being open-plan and offering breathtaking views towards the water, makes it the perfect place for family and friends to gather when putting your chef skills to good use. This space flows uninterrupted into a cosy living room area where you can put your legs up after a long day on the beach, an active day snorkelling or a lazy day walking around the vibrant streets of Gustavia.

Town House villa offers three very well appointed en-suite modern and fresh bedrooms. Each one of them is completed with a king-sized bed and simple line furnishings, they offer air conditioning and their respective bathrooms have large walk-in showers and the luxury of double washbasins.
