The villa which is absolutely exquisite is located at the end of the very private Turtle Tail road and has one of the most breathtaking locations on the planet. It is at the end of a promontory and is literally surrounded by sea on three sides. The area is tranquil and private and one of the nearest neighbours is the villa owned by Prince the famous artist.

The villa itself is very eco-friendly and is the ultimate in contemporary chic sophistication. The living areas are spread over a huge 10,000 feet with every detail beautifully finished and designed. This is the Turks and Caicos Villa where you will get privacy, tranquillity and luxury in equal measures.

The entrance of the villa is via an extremely impressive pivot door. This leads to the main living room which is open plan with the kitchen and dining area. There is a huge 20-foot floor-to-ceiling sliding door which opens right up to the terrace and outdoor area. Therefore, the first thing you will notice is just how exquisite the location and surrounding nature is. Your breath will literally be taken away by the scene in front of you. There is incredible beauty everywhere and a vista with 50 shades of blue. The view is simply mesmerizing. It is without a doubt a privileged place.

There are five bedrooms in total and the villa can sleep up to 14 people. Four of the bedrooms are located on the main level. This includes two equal master king bedrooms which open up onto their own balconies’ and two twin rooms which have 2 queen beds in each. These two rooms lead directly onto the terrace and pool deck. What they all have in common is the fact that they have unparalleled views of the ocean.

Each of the five bedrooms no matter where they are located is incredibly luxurious and beautifully designed. There are sumptuous accents such as huge rain showers with directional nozzles, supremely luxurious bed linen and extra comfortable beds.

The swimming pool is worth a particular mention. It is one of the only glass pools in the Caribbean and is simply spectacular and one of our favourite features of the villa. Once you are in the pool, you will feel like you are at one with nature and the ocean. The swimming pool also has LED lighting which can be programmed to different colours and different moods. You can choose anything from a pool party mood to a romantic atmosphere. The other stunning feature of the pool is the covered 10-person cabana located to the right of the pool. This is the perfect place to gain some shade from the sun, enjoy a good book or just spend time looking out at the incredible views in front of you. It is the ultimate in relaxing spots.

Tip of the Tail villa is also completely unique in that you actually have a choice of swimming spots. There is the lagoon side where you can jump or dive off the specially built wooden dock into the clearest and warmest water imaginable. Then there is the private beachside which has beautiful white sands and crystal clear waters. The beach has plenty of sun beds and 3 beautiful Mexican-style Palapas providing shade from the sun. The choice is yours.

Tip of the Tail also has a stunning 20-person fire pit area for your further enjoyment. A couple of steps down from the pool bring you to this special enclave. It is the perfect location to enjoy drinks with friends and family, create your own nightlife and chat the night away. Alternatively, you can enjoy a pre-dinner or sundowner at the full-service beach bar where you will find beer on tap and a variety of spirits. The team at Tip of the Tail Villa have all the tools to make the perfect ice-cold cocktail so that all you need to do is relax and enjoy!

Tip of the Tail also has a myriad of other facilities. There is a stunning Zen garden where you can spend some time meditating or enjoying some yoga. Then there are a variety of great non-motorised water sports such as Kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and water toys. You will no doubt enjoy exploring the local waters. Should you wish to have more adventurous sports; the neighbouring marina will be delighted to deliver you jet skis right to your own private lagoon. An extra charge applies to this service.

Tip of the Tail villa is equipped with a Sonos sound system which may be operated from the in-house Ipad. Alternatively, you can easily download the app on your own mobile device and play music in any part of the house or in the entire house if that is your preference. In addition, the villa has super fast wifi which is available in every corner of the house should you wish to remain connected to the outside world. Although many of our guests find that once they arrive in this corner of paradise they wish to disconnect and just enjoy.

Tip of the Tail is the ultimate playground for adults but it is equally fabulous for children. The beach landscape is literally filled with a treasure trove of millions of shells for the young explorer. It is also possible for young children to wade into the lagoon and enjoy snorkelling amongst the mangroves. The waters around Tip of the Tail Villa are warm, turquoise blue, calm and safe.

Turks and Caicos is one of the safest islands in the Caribbean. There is virtually no crime and the local people are welcoming, friendly and honest. But since we do have many high-profile people and celebrities visiting, the house is fully equipped with security cameras and a security system. All the doors are smart doors and are only opened by a key card that has been specifically programmed for each guest.
