Welcome to Tingalayo, a luxury 6-bedroom villa located on the island of Tortola, BVI.

This amazing hill-top location offers guests incredible views of the turquoise sea and the neighbouring islands of St John, Jost Van Dyke, St Thomas and Puerto Rico, and down onto the striking beaches of Long Bay and Smugglers Cove. This wonderful private estate occupies nearly four acres of tropical paradise, embracing a sense of total relaxation and freedom.

VILLA LAYOUT:
BUDDHA, THE UPPER GARDENS, AND CIELITO
Tingalayo sits alone on top of a hill, with a broad panorama of British and US Virgin Islands spread out below. At the top of the property sits a six-foot Buddha, gazing peacefully out over the entire vista. This space is perfect for relaxation or quiet reflection.

COQUI DECK
At the far northern edge of the property, adjoining the Coqui Suite, are two wooden decks that extend to the edge of the wilderness. Perfect for soaking in the sun and watching the boats sail past Sandy Cay and Jost Van Dyke, these decks are easily accessible and yet very private for guests.

GAMES ROOM
Located between the Great House and the Coqui Suite is the Games Room. It is well-equipped with a variety of games, puzzles, and a multi-language movie collection. Its adjacent courtyard also has an outdoor pool table.

GREAT HOUSE
The largest of the dining areas, the Dining Pavilion, seats twelve comfortably around its custom-built mahogany tables. The exterior of the Great House is wrapped in deep covered porches, well-equipped with seating to catch the breezes and the full view of the sea, sky, and islands. Inside there is a cozy living area with couches, a television, and books for reading and lounging. There is also an indoor dining table that seats eight. The large kitchen is fully equipped for you or a private chef. A chef can come and prepare meals for you and your guests exactly to your preferences and desires.

OUTDOOR AREAS
The 45-foot infinity edge pool sits at the center of the property and is the best place for guests to gather and spend time with one another. Unique in its cloud-shaped design, it spreads out over the mountainside, cleverly maximizing its already beautiful position. A built-in shaded banquette area rests on the coral stone patio beside the infinity pool.

GYM AND PARKING
Under and adjacent to the gym building is covered parking for two vehicles with additional parking available in the forecourt. In addition, there is parking at the forecourt of the Guest House and another open area at the very top of the property for additional vehicles.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Main House:
Dorado Bedroom:
Located adjacent to the infinity pool, the Dorado bedroom has a king-sized bed with views of the West End of Tortola and the many islands. This bedroom shares a vestibule with the Flamingo bedroom. One full bath is located just inside the vestibule doors, and another full bath is located just outside the vestibule. The vestibule bathroom has a private toilet and bidet area, double sinks, an indoor shower, and a small bathing tub for children. The other bathroom features a shower room with a toilet and a single sink.

Flamingo Bedroom:
Flamingo Bedroom is also located adjacent to the infinity pool at the villa and offers its own views of West Edna as well as many nearby islands. The bedroom offers two twin beds which can be turned into a king bed if you need. The bedroom shares two full bathrooms with Dorado and features air-conditioning to keep you cool and refreshed.

Turtle Suite:
The Turtle Suite is reached via the wraparound hardwood deck from the infinity pool. The long deck offers private space for its guests and will be an oasis for you. The Turtle Suite has a king-sized canopy bed, an ensuite bathroom with toilet and bidet room, double sinks, an indoor and outdoor shower, a separate dressing area, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. All the bedrooms in the villa are furnished with all you could possibly need.

Guest House:
Gecko Bedroom:
The Gecko Bedroom is located off the second-floor foyer of the Guest House. This bedroom offers a king-size bed and boasts spectacular views of the islands below. A bathroom next to the bedroom offers an indoor shower, double sinks, and a toilet.

Pelican Bedroom:
The Pelican bedroom is located across the upstairs foyer from Gecko Bedroom. It gives you the option of either a king-sized bed or two twin beds, depending on your needs. There is one full bathroom across the foyer as well as another full bathroom on the first floor.
