The upper level of the home features open living spaces with unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea, leading out to a large wraparound deck—an idyllic spot for morning coffee and spectacular sunrise vistas. The deck and lower-level patio have outdoor dining areas, perfect for alfresco meals by the water’s edge. A propane grill on the top-level deck is ready to grill delicious surf-and-turf meals.
Inside, the upper level's open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a cozy living area furnished with a sectional sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV.
