Welcome to our villa Tichka, our luxurious 2 bedroom villa located above Flamands Beach. The villa has wonderful views over the bay and surrounding islands.

The villa has a spacious and bright living room that opens onto the beautiful terrace which has stunning ocean views. The living has comfortable white sofas with exotic furniture throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is located at the back and separated by a breakfast bar. It is perfect for making gourmet meals and has all the necessary equipment.

There is an outside covered dining area that has a large wooden table perfect for dining outdoors with large groups of friends or family enjoying the view. The terrace has plenty of space and is a great area to relax by the pool with a good book or sipping a cocktail.Large terrace facing the ocean surrounding the pool. It has a comfortable outside living area with sofa, 2 armchairs, 4 deckchairs and sunbathing sofa bed.

Villa Tichka has 2 equal size bedrooms and are very simple in décor and open onto the terrace to the views. They both feature king size bedrooms with outdoor showers. The master bedroom is located next door to the living room. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side in a separate cottage.
