The villa offers a master bedroom suite, two double bedrooms, and four independent double bedroom suites, all en-suite, spacious, and uniquely decorated. Each suite has its own seating area and stunning views. The decor reflects the signature style of internationally acclaimed designer Themis Z, with plush white sofas, vibrant cushions, and elegant table settings.
Live-in staff include a housekeeper and housemaid who are available to cook upon request. Daily breakfast service and cocktail hour at 20:00 are provided, along with night security from 20:00 to 08:00. The property features a 10m x 5m pool, pool bar, Jacuzzi for four to six people, air conditioning throughout, a home cinema, children's playroom, office space, TV, and Wi-Fi.
Scenic views include the town skyline and sea. For home safety, the villa is equipped with exterior security cameras. The location offers a private entrance and private parking. The outdoor spaces include multiple lounges, patios, bars, a swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi.
