Thelma is filled with warm-toned wood and is coated in golden sunlight. The large spaces in the home are filled with the beautiful natural light of the Caribbean. The newly built home is both modern and warm which is unique to most properties. The home is the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and cozy vacation in paradise.

Its open-plan layout encourages an easy, relaxed way of life, where guests move seamlessly between the living area, dining area, kitchen, and the outdoors throughout the day. This is one of the reasons that Villa Thelma is easy to share with a group of friends or extended family. There are plenty of corners in which to enjoy a quiet, private moment in the villa, and many other gathering places where everyone can come together and spend time with one another.

The shared spaces are on the main level of the villa, including a large living area with three comfortable couches, a dining area with a table that seats ten, and a very large and fully equipped kitchen. The walls surrounding the living and dining areas are entirely made of glass and can be pulled open to allow the Caribbean breezes to waft through and the social life to spill out onto the deck, with its views over Marigot Bay, swimming pool, and sunny and shaded areas for relaxing.

Thelma features 4-bedrooms all of which are luxurious, comfortable, and designed to the highest standard. All the rooms are designed with clean lines and neutral colours allowing you to immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of the home. The master bedroom is on the same level as the communal areas. The second bedroom is a few steps down, on the same level as the outside lounge area. The two remaining bedrooms are on the lower level of the villa, on opposite sides of the hallways.

All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms, and the two on the upper levels have outdoor space. The abundance of space and personal amenities allows each guest privacy and peace.

Your private luxury villa also features a large cinema room, perfect for viewing film or your favorite TV show. This is a great way to spend an evening, in the comfort of your home with your loved ones. Thelma is located near the Marigot area in St Barths. This home provides exceptional views of the sea below and the beautiful and lush vegetation that surrounds you. This location offers peace and tranquillity beyond your wildest dreams. Enjoy the restaurants and beauty Marigot offers while also being near the area of Gustavia and Grand Cul De Sac.

Grand Cul De Sac is a lovely lagoon. The beach borders a shallow, well-protected bay and the water is warm and relatively calm. It has several beachfront restaurants, hotels, and water sports are available including a windsurfing rental station. You can even take a kite surfing lesson if you wish. You should definitely try lunch at O’Corail when you are there.

The lovely beach at Lorient is also just a short drive away. Thelma is also just a short drive from the airport as well as to the island’s capital, Gustavia where you will find a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, and shops.
