The Village can accommodate up to 18 guests across the seven spacious standalone guest houses and the Main Pavilion. The guest houses are perfectly scattered along the clifftop allowing for some exceptional views of the island and the sea below. The estate is located on the far west of the island and therefore boasts the best sunset views. The estate is the ultimate place for gathering with family and friends. You will create memories to last a lifetime in the most beautiful location.

MOSKITO ISLAND

We don’t do ordinary on Moskito Island, and your stay will be unlike any other experience. There’s plenty to do and explore, take to the waters, play a spot of tennis, or simply sit back and soak up the views.

ESTATE LAYOUT:
MASTER SUITE
The master suite in the estate is one of the most beautiful spaces and offers comfort and luxury beyond anything you have ever dreamed of. The suite is perched on the furthest outcrop and therefore abounds in peace and privacy. The space also has the advantage of being just a stone’s throw from the main pavilion in the estate.

The Master Suite is designed to allow guests to walk in a circular loop from room to room both inside and outside, thanks to the 360- degree large wraparound terrace. The bedroom also features a hidden smart TV and connects to a peaceful study on one side.

On the other side of the bedroom is a fabulous en-suite bathroom with a showstopper bathtub that fills up from the ceiling above. Continue through to the lounge, which is complete with in-built speakers, a mini fridge, and a wine fridge. Grab a refreshing beverage and enjoy the stunning views before you.

Upstairs the suite offers a space you will consider the ultimate snug hideaway with a smart TV, a drinks station, and a cozy terrace with seating and uninterrupted views – the ideal place for some peace and quiet.

THE TREETOPS
The Treetops sleep up to two adults and two children each. These spaces boast spectacular sea views and boast large oval-shaped rooms. The bedrooms in the treetops are separated from the lounge area with a double sofa bed by airy sheer white curtains – ideal for families. Each bedroom is complete with an en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks, and the shower opens onto a private mini terrace in true island style. Allowing fresh air and sunshine into the home, island living never felt so good.

THE HIDEOUTS
Sleeping up to two adults, the two Hideout rooms are located on the lower level of the main building. Each Hideout has its own handy mini kitchenette, a patio with sea views, plus a shared patio with a huge day bed to chill out on. Both of the rooms have indoor showers, which can be opened to become an outdoor shower. This allows you to soak up the sun and the views all in one go.

THE LOOKOUTS
Two of the Lookout rooms, seven and eight, are identical to one another and are the only rooms to have wraparound terraces, apart from the Master Suite. The terrace is a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and just soak in the serenity of the location. Each Lookout has a four-poster bed, sofa, and chair, as well as an en-suite shower bathroom. Lookout nine boasts similar views from its terrace and features a large window above the bed that slides open to reveal the en-suite bathroom with a stylish and elegant free-standing bathtub.

LOCATION
Moskito Island is located in the North Sound of the British Virgin Islands in the eastern Caribbean Sea. The British Virgin Islands are made up of four large islands and 50 smaller isles, all of which off their own unique beauty and luxurious experience. Moskito island offers you and your guests an experience like no other and will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

GETTING THERE
The closest international airport to Moskito Island is Beef Island in Tortola (airport code EIS). It is possible to fly to Beef Island via many parts of the Caribbean, including San Juan, Antigua, and St. Thomas. Private jets can land at Beef Island (EIS) and at St. Thomas (STT). By private boat transfer, Moskito Island is 30 minutes from Tortola.
