Located in the Welwyn Estate Building, the grand, fully furnished 5-bedroom penthouse features 2 floors connected by a sweeping staircase. From the moment you enter you will feel you have landed in paradise. The elegant living space has floor to ceiling windows which open right out to the mesmerising views of the ocean from your private balcony. The terrace has a private hot tub for guests to relax in while dining a glass of champagne.

Your mornings can be spent in your own private villa enjoying a cup of coffee and the morning paper on the terrace watching the sunrise or enjoy a delicious breakfast at the Pavilion restaurant or why not cook in your fully equipped kitchen which we can pre-stock prior to your arrival.

The Somerset on Grace Bay offers fine dining at Pavilion and casual dining at LunaSea Pool Bar & Grill. Each restaurant highlights fresh, local cuisine delivered with five-star service.
