Welcome to The Point, a luxury 7-suite beachfront villa in beautiful Costa Rica. This luxury home will be your base as you explore this country's beauty and natural and epic colors. There is so much to see and do in Costa Rica that you’ll have a variety to choose from. But if you wish, this is also a great place to sit back, relax and enjoy the serenity of this location.

The Point Luxury Villa is a beautiful home on one of the most desirable beachfront in Costa Rica. The villa features seven incredible oceanfront suites, all offering comfortable beds and luxurious furnishings. The villa also offers indoor and outdoor living, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a pool, an ocean-view private gym, and much more. All you wish for in a home is provided at The Point.

Richard Muller, one of Costa Rica’s most renowned architects, designed this luxury home. Every aspect of this Costa Rica luxury vacation rental was created to keep its guests immersed in the exquisite natural beauty of Costa Rica. Five of the bedrooms feature an indoor-outdoor shower that provides privacy for its guests while allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Bedroom 1 - The Master Suite
The exceptional Master Bedroom of the Point Luxury Villa rivals the top in the world. It is the largest room in the house by far and has a 180-degree view of both beaches, Tamarindo Bay and Langosta Beach. Enjoy waking up in the morning and gazing at one of the most spectacular views in the region.

Impressive craftsmanship from talented designer Patrick Rey. Enjoy a soak in the tub or a refreshing shower in the incredibly spacious 8-spout shower. Features hydraulic lift Tv, automatic open/close curtains, and a custom walnut walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 - Suite I
This Deluxe Ocean View Suite is located right inside the property's main entrance. The most spacious of all the guest rooms, besides the master, this suite has a king-size bed and a twin bunk bed and can sleep up to four guests. Leading out to the oceanfront patio is a small living space with a comfortable couch, TV, and mini kitchen, including a mini-fridge and a French roast coffee maker.

Bedroom 3 - Suite II
This ensuite guest room is also known as the 2nd Master due to its spacious size and tall vaulted ceilings. This suite is located after the 2nd entrance door to the right and features one of our luxury art furniture pieces, a hand-woven Masaya rocking chair made by designer Justin Terry and Abril Zepeda. This suite has a king-size bed and sleeps up to 2 guests.

Bedroom 4 - Suite III
The third ensuite guest room is located after the 2nd entrance door to the left (1st floor). This guest room features one of our luxury art furniture pieces, a multi-colored hand-woven Masaya rocking chair made by designer Justin Terry and Abril Zepeda. This adds a beautiful and unique aspect to the room. The bedroom has a TV and your choice of 2 twin beds or a King bed, depending on the dynamics of the group. These ensuite guest rooms feature an indoor/outdoor shower and spacious Mr. and Mrs. double sink vanity, allowing space for each guest.

Bedroom 5 - Suite IV
This ensuite guest room is located after the 2nd entrance door to the left and, due to being on the 2nd floor, boasts an incredible ocean view from the Langosta Beach side of the property. This guest room has a king-size bed and TV and features one of our 3rd brightly colored, hand-woven Masaya rocking chairs.

Bedroom 6 - Suite V
This ensuite guest room is
located inside the main house on the 2nd floor directly next to the master bedroom and is the perfect location to put any little ones or solo travelers. This room features one solo twin bed and a set of twin bunk beds and can sleep up to 3 guests. This ensuite bathroom has an indoor shower and single sink vanity.

Bedroom 7 - Suite VI
This guest room, also known as the “beach room,” is located closest to the beach, below the pool area. This is ideal for those that enjoy a morning swim. This room can comfortably sleep two guests in a queen-size bed. Rinse off all the sand from the beach in the open outdoor shower. (Please note this guest room has no ensuite bathroom or tv.)

TV SALA & LIVING ROOM
The living room and TV Sala of the Point ooze luxury with parallel custom-made leather sofas, double sitting chairs, and a 60” Television. Enjoy movie nights with your guests after a day of exploring the coast.

STATE OF THE ART KITCHEN
The Point boasts a beautiful, fully equipped professional-grade kitchen with granite countertops, high-end appliances, and culinary convenience. The kitchen features two gas stoves, two large refrigerators, two dishwashers, two moveable bar stations, two wine coolers, a filtered cold, sparkling, and hot water dispenser, a large outdoor BBQ grill, a commercial-style smoker, and a small service kitchen.

THE DINING ROOM
The impressive custom-made single-tree Guanacaste dining table is where bellies are fed while conversations are shared about the magical vacation memories at The Point.

POOLSIDE & FIRESIDE
The large infinity pool between the beach and the house offers a refreshing respite from the midday heat as it appears to melt into the Pacific. The pool deck features comfortable lounge chairs and a wonderfully shaded Gazebo.
