The villa expands over a large interior living space with open concept designs, ceiling to floor windows and doors and high vaulted ceilings. The property offers adequate exterior living areas with views overlooking the surrounding Sonoran Desert Hills and lush greenery.

With over 10,000 sq. ft. of space to indulge in this enclosed and gated private property is the perfect base in Palm Springs to enjoy southern California. As the warm sun begins to rise you can sip on a fresh cup of coffee as you walk out onto the outdoor terrace. Perch yourself on the on the alfresco dining table and soak in the captivating views of the mountains surrounding the local landscape. Enjoy a delicious breakfast here in total seclusion from the outside world. As you relax during the day you can lounge on the sun beds or slip into your private swimming pool. The crystallized waters are refreshing to swim in and can also be heated at an extra cost during the cooler seasons if desired. This palm-lined area is bursting with vivacious plants and surrounded by majestic mountains.

In the afternoons you can enjoy a meal outside as you watch the sun setting in the distance. You have the additional option to sit back and relax as your private chef will cater for your meals. You could also indulge in a delicious, sizzling barbeque as you lounge around the fire pit with some homemade cocktails. To unwind after the day, you can slip into the bubbly waters of the hot tub and stargaze as the evening stars spark up the midnight sky. The exteriors of the villa include sufficient parking and a garage with an electronic motor charging station.

This newly designed Villa indulges in an abundance of high-end appliances and modern features. The main living area is fitted with ceiling to floor windows, flooding the space with warmth and natural light. The large grey plush sofas and colorful orange loungers sit opposite a decorative fireplace inbuilt into the wall. Along the walls are large paintings of abstract art that adds to the modern and sophisticated ambiance. The room indulges in high-vaulted ceilings and blends with the dining and kitchen areas seamlessly. The room indulges in smooth tiled floors and has direct access out onto the exterior living areas and pool terrace which keeps the temperature cool. The dining area seats eight guests along the circular table. The kitchen is located behind the dining area and features twin breakfast bars. Each bar seats an additional three guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use during your stay. It includes a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, wine fridge, ice machine, coffee maker, an oven, dishwasher, and plentiful counter space.

The villa has a total of five luxurious bedrooms, each offering its own private en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms include standalone rainfall shower, while the master bedroom also features a large bathtub. The master suite is fitted with a luxurious king-sized bed while four guest bedrooms are fitted with queen-sized beds. Each bedroom is fitted with luxurious linens, air-conditioning, high-resolution TV’s and have access out onto the terrace.

Palms at Park Villa is located in Palm Springs in California. It is based in Desert Cities in the United States and holds views over the surrounding Sonoran Desert Hills. Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 1.2 miles in distance making this a short three-minute drive from your villa.

Your private Villa is situated only a five-minute drive from the downtown Palm Springs where you have access to a profusion of amenities and fun activities including many world-class golf courses. A ten-minute drive will lead you to the expansive Indian Canyons Golf Resort. The villa is even within a short distance to the Coachella Festival Grounds. A short fifteen-minute drive of 7.2 miles will lead you to discover the Indian Canyons while just under a thirty-minute drive will bring you to the Indio Palm Desert (13 miles). During your stay, you could venture to Joshua Tree National Park, a further 40 miles. Here you can enjoy this incredible protected area in southern California.
