STAFF When you stay at The Fleming Villa, you will be personally cared for by The Villa’s own butler, housekeeper together with your own chef. This villa is a beachfront home. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.

The Water Sports Beach is a short walk from the Fleming Villa. Water sports guides and instructors are trained lifeguards and skilled sailors. They assist with beach towels, snorkeling gear, glass bottom kayaks, paddle boards and jet skis. Ask for lessons and enjoy the many coral reefs nearby.
Glass Eye: the Glass Bottom Boat
View the sea while staying dry. Over 700 species of fish can be found in the waters of Jamaica’s turquoise sea among scores of corals: purple stag horn, red fire, brains and lacey sea fans called tubipora. The complimentary Glass Bottom Boat operates daily.

Blue and white marlin, barracuda, sailfish, spearfish, dolphin and wahoo. 38’ power boat “For Your Eyes Only” and “Whaler One,” the 33’ sport and fishing boat. Firefly
The view from Firefly is simply the finest in the whole Caribbean. Undisputed. From the island’s aboriginal people, the Taino, to the notorious pirate Henry Morgan, it is considered sacred. In 1948, Noel Coward rediscovered what was then called “lookout,” renamed it Firefly and spent the next 20 years there entertaining the most glamorous personalities of the day. Coward is buried on the lawn. (20-minute drive along the coast)
Cranbrook Flower Farm Hike and Picnic
A 150-acre botanical garden, crafted in a lush valley that curves up into the hills. This is a small treasure 20 minutes west of Ocho Rios. A beautiful 90-minute walk leads to a riverhead, an exquisite blue pool where visitors can swim.
Horseback Ride n Swim at Chukka Cove, St. Ann
Saddle up for the 2-hour ride n swim. Ride along Papillon Cove where the movie was shot in 1973. Ride the coastline to Chukka Beach for and a romp in the sea. The bareback ride in the sea is amazing.
