This magnificent waterfront property provides impeccable luxurious comfort with the added attraction of being neighbors with some of the most remarkable personalities in the world.

The Dunes is a spacious 2-level house occupying five acres of prime property which features beautiful natural landscape and serpentine pathways leading through lush greenery and pristine sand dunes. This welcoming and very stylish home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests and offers immense privacy in a very prestigious location.

The moment you step inside the commanding open plan great room on the first level of the house, you’ll be enthralled with the chic design, the luxurious touches and the high-class ambience. High ceilings and floor to ceiling windows allow for an array of natural light with breathtaking views of the dunes and the ocean. The great room is a perfect spot for gathering with your guests on oversized couches and armchairs, adorned with white throws and cushions, in excellent contrast with the all-wood floor. A fireplace gives added warmth and comfort during cooler winter evenings. Here too, your guests can select a book from the overstocked bookcase and pick a quiet corner or perhaps slip into an adjoining casual living room to relax in peaceful solitude.

The sunny formal dining room is also located on the first level, featuring an elegant wooden dining table with seating for 8 and furnished with many pieces of fine Oriental porcelain vases and ornaments. The dining room also offers excellent dune and ocean views.

The Dunes features an incredible gourmet kitchen with lots of counter space for your aspiring cooks (or private chef) to use for perfect entertaining. The modern white cabinetry and glass-door cupboards compliment the finest of kitchen appliances including a 5-burner gas stove top on a center island. The kitchen has an additional dining table for casual gatherings. If you prefer to eat Al Fresco, a BBQ for grilling is located outside on the deck, alongside a casual dining table.

Upstairs, the master suite bedroom is truly exquisite, featuring a sitting room, two fireplaces and no less than three balconies offering panoramic ocean views. The oversized en suite bathroom boasts a private sauna and two ocean view bathtubs. The other four bedrooms are located on the first level. All are elegantly furnished and fitted out, two with queen size beds, one with a double bed and one with 2 twin beds. All four bedrooms offer bay views.

Outside, you and your guests will be spoilt for choice on where to relax and enjoy the warm sea breezes whilst taking in the beautiful views of Shinnecock Bay, Coopers Beach and the wild Atlantic Ocean. Multiple seating areas are available on all levels, inside and out. You can enjoy lazy days by the heated outdoor pool, interrupted only by a dip in the adjoining hot tub, or a stroll down to the beach.

Billionaire Lane” is a nickname given to Meadow Lane, a five-mile stretch of oceanfront road in Southampton, New York. Tycoons, Wall Street financiers and celebrities own huge luxurious mansions here and many of the houses have been used as film sets. The Hamptons is notoriously known as being an affluent getaway destination for the rich and famous, but Billionaire Lane takes it to a whole new level. Houses on this road command a selling price tag of at least US$10 million right up to US$75 million.

Meadow Lane is located on a stretch of land in Southampton with Shinnecock Bay on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. The neighborhood is very convenient for the village center, just under 6 miles away. Southampton is a superb year-round destination famous for beautiful beaches, rich history, culture and arts, excellent shopping, world-class restaurants and theatrical productions.

Southampton is easily accessible from New York City by either train (2.5 hours), road (2 hours) or by air (helicopter – 40 minutes, Helipad located on Meadow Lane).
