Beautiful property!
The Breezes is a magnificent property! I viewed it on my trip to Marbella in September and really loved it. The décor is beautiful and quite minimalist and is cleverly brightened up with colourful furnishings and the large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors. The property has all you could need for a relaxing stay. The bedrooms are spacious and bright; four of them have one double bed each and one bedroom features two double beds. All of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The villa is also in a great location - situated in a quiet residential area and within a short drive of Marbella Old Town and Puerto Banús so there is lots to do while staying here. I would highly recommend The Breezes!

The Breezes is a private property with a gated entrance and enclosed garden, offering guests privacy during their stay. The villa is located in the much sought-after area Las Brisas Urbanisation in Nueva Andalucia.
The property is a short drive from the buzzing town of Puerto Banús and the charming Marbella Old Town. Shops, restaurants and other amenities are within walking distance of the villa. For the golfing enthusiasts, there are also 5 top class Golf Courses within short proximity.

On entering The Breezes, guests are greeted by a long hallway which sets the scene for the style of the house; white-washed walls and a minimalist and contemporary design.
A beautiful open plan living and dining space is found at the end of this hallway. This room is smoothly split across three levels. This split-level design boasts a monochrome palette and is brightened up and decorated with pops of colour in the carefully chosen rug and cushions, adding a welcoming and warmth to the space. Large floor to ceiling doors and windows encourages natural light and offers views to the private pool terrace.
The bedrooms of The Breezes Villa are minimalist in design and comfortable – perfect for a great night’s sleep. The Master bedroom is situated on the upper level and overlooks the garden and pool area below. A beautiful en-suite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in closet with safety deposit box also feature.
The outdoor space of The Breezes boasts everything guest could want for an unforgettable stay. An alfresco dining area is perfectly positioned overlooking the pool and lawns and is just beyond the kitchen area – ideal for enjoying meals in the sunshine. A large swimming pool and Jacuzzi are perfect for a mid-morning dip. The manicured lawns and vegetation surrounding the property allows for guests’ privacy. To the side of the property there is a bar, and patio heater ensuring guests will not want to leave!

Area description
