This luxury Grenadine Villa rental is surrounded by lush tropical gardens providing a wonderful calm hideaway to read a book, sunbathe, or while away the hours listening to the soothing sounds of the sea.

Canouan Island is surrounded by one of the largest coral reefs in the world making it one of the best places to snorkel or dive in the Caribbean.

The outdoor finishes are a blend of stone, adobe-painted cement walls, and hardwood windows and doors. The roofs also blend naturally into the environment, offering the perfect essence of tropical living.

When you enter The Beach House, you will find the exquisite great room that features spectacular views through the large stackable sliding doors which when fully open bring the outside in while capturing the prevailing tropical trade winds. Just off the great room, you will find a wonderful terrace featuring a stunning infinity-edge pool that blends into the backdrop of the sea.

The spacious kitchen comes with stainless steel SMEG appliances and is very well appointed, conveniently located off the kitchen are the laundry room and service bathroom.

All bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and private verandas overlooking the lush landscape of The Grenadines Estate Golf Course and the turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea. The master bedroom is large and spacious with a unique master bathroom that has a “chimney-style” shower which allows you to enjoy an open-air feeling. CHILDREN
Children are welcome year-round. All children of 17 years old or younger can stay free in their parent’s room up to the permissible maximum occupancy per accommodation. Additional person charges will apply to adults 18 years old and older. Cribs are available on request. The Sugar Palm Kids Club is available and is complimentary for children ages 4 to 14 including all activities, afternoon kids snacks, and soft drinks. Beach bags for children 4 and up with toy selection. It opens from 9 am to 5 pm daily and closes for lunch from 12 pm to 1 pm. Babysitting services are available upon request and a charge of US$ 15 per hour applies.
