Welcome to Terre Azure, a beautiful 4-bedroom villa located in the wonderful Terres Basses area in St Martin.

This wonderful home boasts spectacular views of Simpson Lagoon and Saba in the distance. This home offers the perfect backdrop for you and your guests allowing you a once in a lifetime vacation. It will be your base as you explore all that this Caribbean Island has to offer.

This incredible residence is fully equipped with all modern amenities and features that you could possibly need for the duration of your stay. The home emotes luxury and class while still being comfortable and cosy. There are four bedrooms and four bedrooms each featuring comfortable beds as well as being private. Each guest will have their own space to escape to after a long day of exploring the island.

Terre Azure also includes a large living room, a media room, an office, and a fully equipped kitchen. If you do not wish you will not have to leave the comfort of your home as everything is provided for you. Spend an evening in with your guests’ cooking meals inspired by flavours of the Caribbean and finishing off the night with one of your favourite movies in the media room.

The outdoor area of this home is one of the main features and attractions. Even apart from the marvellous view, it is a wonderful space. There are large spaces for all members of your group to gather. As well as this there are sun loungers lining the pool giving you a perfect place to relax and soak in the views. Finally, there is a large poolside gazebo which provides ample space for guests as well as a shaded dining and lounging area.

All four bedrooms feature large en-suite baths with showers and two are part of a Master Suite which includes a private outdoor terrace and a large outdoor Jacuzzi tub on a deck overlooking the lagoon.
The remaining two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the villa, facing the infinity pool, and overlooking the lagoon with views of Saba in the distance. Each of these two independent bedrooms has its own full bath and can be accessed by guests from either the poolside or the gated driveway carport arrival area.
An additional one bedroom, one bath unit is located on a lower level below the pool. This area is private and is ideal for those looking for their own secluded space away from the main group.

The property also features a boat dock for access to the Simpson Bay lagoon. The villa is also a short distance from Baie Rouge and Long Beach both these beaches are stunning and perfect for spending a day relaxing under the warm Caribbean sun. Let your children frolic in the water while you read your favourite book or just lounge and let your stresses melt away. Long Bay is a very beautiful sandy beach that has the longest stretch of sand on the island. It is also known to be one of the quietest beaches and great for sun worshipers.

LOCATION: Saint Martin
The French Lowlands or Terres Basses are a neighbourhood of million-dollar estates, build on the rolling hills of St. Martin's westernmost region

The Lowlands are the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prumes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs and two fiercely competing beach bars are providing chairs and umbrellas, food and drink. A few hundred feet away from the bars, the beach becomes more clothing optional. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way.

By car it's about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Aiport.
