Welcome to our beautiful Villa Teora located in Marigot with stunning views of the Bay. The villa has two bedroom which was designed by Christian Liaigre and has a gorgeous simple and sophisticated décor.

This is the perfect villa for two couples. It has a beautiful deck space where you can lounge by the pool and take in the wonderful view while enjoying a Caribbean cocktail. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare all your meals during your vacation.

The master bedroom offers a Euro-king bed, plentiful closet space and in integrated dressing area, and an ensuite bath with a large shower. The second bedroom, also air conditioned, is on a lower level, with two twin beds and its own private bath with a rain-head shower. The kitchen is small but efficient, with a gas range-top, a medium-sized Liebherr fridge, and a Nespresso machine and juicer. Villa Teora may be rented in conjunction with the villa Marigot Bay to create a 4-bedroom compound ideal for larger families or groups of friends vacationing together.

Located in Marigot you will be a few meters from the beach of Marigot. You can walk to the beach and enjoy Marigot Bay which is part of the Natural Reserve of St Barts. The nearest supermarket is 2 minutes away by car. Gustavia and St Jean are about 10 minutes away by car. The beach at villa Teora is just a short walk away, and the calm waters there are perfect for snorkeling or swimming laps to start the morning off right. The interior living room and master bedroom open directly onto the terrace and view, but can also be closed with large sliding glass doors for quiet, air-conditioned comfort.
