Welcome to Villa Teman, a 5 bedroom luxury villa rental in St Barths with private pool surrounded by over half an acre of lush tropical gardens and located on the hillside overlooking the stunning Saint Jean Bay. Villa Teman is a spiritual retreat and one of the most luxurious and contemporary villas in St Bart if not the Caribbean. The views overlooking Saint Jean, the Eden Rock and the beautiful turquoise sea will literally take your breath away.

The lovely area of St Jean is less then half a kilometre from Villa Teman. Saint Jean is second in size to the Capital of Gustavia and is also the only other sizable town in St Barths. St Jean sits on the Island’s North Shore on Baie de St-Jean just over the hill from Gustavia. The small airport of St Barths lies at one end of St Jean and it is always fascinating to watch the tiny planes coming into land over a steep hill and down onto the second shortest runway in the world. As well as the beautiful Eden Rock Hotel, there are several other nice restaurants and bars along St Jean Beach. Behind the beach, just a couple of minutes walk the Eden Rock is the small town where there are two rows of very chic shops and some restaurants and bars.

This exquisite Villa rental in St Barths has been lovingly created by celebrated designer Wolfgang Ludes and world-renowned architect Johannes Zingerle and the interiors are very spiritual and Zen-like. The furnishing and fittings have been sourced from all over the world. There are Balinese stones; Swiss custom made furniture, South African ceiling fans, and Roman travertine floors. There are louvered windows that enable the cool Caribbean trade winds to flow easily throughout the villa.

Villa Teman comprises four separate buildings each built on different levels along the slope of the hill. The main building features an incredibly spacious living room which is open plan with a dining area and a very sleek and modern kitchen. It leads directly onto the stunning terrace and is adjacent to the 19m long infinity pool. The views from here are absolutely stunning.

Several steps and a path winding up the garden lead to two luxurious guest suites, then the master suite which has a large bedroom, a separate lounge, and its own private pool. A mountain path continues from here to the top of the hill with a sitting area for stargazing and romantic evenings with 360-degree views. All bedrooms have their own private terraces with sweeping views of the island. The bathrooms are located on the backside and offer dramatic views of the exposed rock of the cliff, which is even more stunning at night when the entire rock illuminates as in a giant picture.

The master suite also has an exterior bathtub nestled in between tropical trees, allowing for even the private moments to be spent in nature.

The villa also includes a well-stocked library, a small gym, a separate TV area, and an office. Villa Teman also features tropical gardens which are beautifully illuminated at night time.
