Welcome to Tarasand, a 4-bedroom beachfront villa that sits on the sandy shore of Barefoot Beach in Cayman Kai. This villa is located along the northern coastline of Rum Point in the Grand Cayman Islands. It can accommodate up to eight guests and enjoys panoramic views of the turquoise ocean. This two-story waterfront villa is the perfect place to enjoy an authentic island-style vacation in total seclusion as it is based at the end of the private cul-de-sac.

The palm-shaded Barefoot beach is one of the key features of this villa as it offers the soft white sand as your backyard. The water is crisp and calm to swim in. Indulge in a morning swim as you slip into the ocean for a saltwater dip. As you walk along the shore and the soft sand is between your toes let the water lap lazily onto your toes. You can sit in the secluded shade cast by the tall palms and listen to the refreshing sounds of the shoreline as the water floats back and forth. The beach is completely private offering you a serene ambiance. The sun loungers are perfect to sit back and indulge in your favorite books, or relaxing outside with a glass of wine as you listen to the water lap lazily onto the shore just a tiptoe away from you.

Enjoy a light snack before dinner on the deck as you look out over the glistening waters. You could even spark up the barbeque for some smoky treats. While dinner is being prepared then you can sway in the soothing hammock or stroll along the beach and collect some delicate shells. As the property is facing towards the southwest you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets the Caymans have to offer. Soak in this sun-kissed location and admire the tropical plants that grow the vibrant colors of green, red, pink, yellow, and purple. Once the colorful sunsets and the night skies open with stars you can make your way up to the secluded balcony. Here you can indulge in the views of the water and the surrounding area. In this secluded paradise, you can fall asleep to the sounds of the soft waves below.

Villa Tarasand is an exquisite high-end home that embraces an open design architecture and lavish interiors. The overall atmosphere is chic and modern. The main living area is located on the ground floor and is flooded with light due to the large ceiling to floor windows and doors. The room has direct access out onto the decked area. Here there is a small table with seating for four guests, perfect for enjoying some homemade cocktails in the evenings. The living area is fitted with plush sofas and blends with the dining and kitchen areas. The dining table can seat up to eight guests and enjoys the panoramic views of the beach and the ocean. The large windows allow the cool Caribbean breezes to float through your home easily. The kitchen comes fully equipped and designed with crisp granite countertops and warm caramelized cabinets. The area includes an island stove, double-oven, large stainless-steel sink, dishwasher, and wine cooler.

Villa Tarasand has a total of four luxurious bedrooms. There are two master suites that have panoramic views of the azure waters over Cayman Kai. They are fitted with king-sized beds and have their own private en-suite bathrooms and access to private decks. Two more bedrooms share a large bathroom on the first floor. One of the rooms has a comfortable queen-sized bed while the other has two twin beds (which can be converted into a king-sized bed).

LOCATION

Tarasand is located along a quiet cul-de-sac on the sandy shore of Barefoot Beach in Cayman Kai. This villa is based along the northern coastline of Rum Point in the Grand Cayman Islands. The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman. The luxurious villas that lace Cayman Kai offer the best beaches as they don't have as much marine and plant life inhabiting the shallows. The villa is within walking distance to two fine-dining restaurants, a quaint coffee shop, and local vibrant beach bars.

The sunsets in this location are breathtaking and the beach allows you to make the most of these wonderful evenings. Along the beach, you will find the Rum Point Club. This is a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, many water sports activities, a delicious restaurant bar and grill, a gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball games. You will also be able to find the Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, bar, and marina along Rum Point.

Along the east end, you can discover two large resorts, Morritt's and The Reef. These resorts include a profusion of amenities that you could also make use of during your stay including manicured beaches, restaurants, a modern grocery store, liquor store, gift shops, a Subway sandwich shop, and a cafe/pastry shop. These two resorts also offer scuba, snorkel trips, jet skis, windsurfing, kiteboarding, oceanfront pools, and bar service.
