Tamarind Villa St Lucia is in an incredibly quiet location yet it is just a couple of minutes to Rodney Bay and all that is to offer there. It is also a very short drive to the excellent 18-hole Championship Golf Course, Cotton Bay and Le Sports Beaches.

The entire Cap Estate was once a thriving 1500-acre sugar plantation covering the entire northern tip of St Lucia and now it is the island's most exclusive residential development. Cap Estate has a championship 18-hole golf course, a racquet club offering both tennis and squash and two sandy beaches with good snorkeling.

Rodney Bay is one of the most popular yachting destinations in the Caribbean. A beautifully landscaped Marina has restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. The Bay is worth visiting during the day to browse through the shops and enjoy a waterside lunch or at night when it becomes lively due to the many night-time venues and a casino.

For the most part, St. Lucian beaches are relatively short, but with five miles of white sand on Rodney Bay, Reduit is the place for a long stroll by the shore and a swim in calm waters. One of the most popular beaches on the island, it is fronted by the Rex St Lucian Papillon and the Royal St Lucian hotels.

Jutting out into the sea, the Pigeon Island National Landmark is connected to the mainland by a causeway. Pigeon Island is dominated by two small peaks which made excellent observations posts during St Lucia’s more troubled past. There is an interpretive centre, a museum, and many excellent white-sand beaches around the island, providing excellent swimming opportunities.

This wonderful St Lucia luxury Villa rental is set on two floors. The first floor has four air-conditioned double bedrooms. Two of these have king-size beds and open onto a high-level patio, where guests can enjoy breathtaking views. Each of these bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, which can be converted into a king bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms – one with a tub and one with a shower.

Downstairs there are 3 more bedrooms which are also fully air-conditioned. The Atlantic and Caribbean bedrooms have a king-size bed and en-suite shower, and the middle bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite shower.

Ample space is provided for relaxation and entertainment with a large sitting/dining room with a TV which is connected to Cablevision + a DVD and a stereo. There is a long dining table that can seat 12 persons and another round table that can seat 8 persons.

A wooden patio runs the entire length of the house furnished with tables and chairs for alfresco dining and sofas and loungers for relaxing.

The patio is adjacent to the pool deck, swimming pool and a large wooden deck for sun worshippers. The swimming pool is stunning and the views of the Pitons and the crystal-clear turquoise sea are unbeatable. There is also an attractive gazebo with built-in seating.
At the back of the house is the kitchen, equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc., a laundry room (with a washing machine and a dryer) and a small drinks fridge, a small child’s bedroom cooled with a ceiling fan and another shower room (available at a small additional nightly fee) The house is equipped with a baby’s crib and high chair.

STAFF:
When you stay at Tamarind Villa, you will be personally cared for by Villa’s Housekeeper, who can cook breakfast and lunch for guests. The resident caretaker lives in a cottage at the bottom of the garden, separated from the main house by mango trees.
