The Views!!
Oceans 9 is simply stunning! I loved our stay there. The views are just incredible. I particularly loved the outdoor space. There is a lovely outdoor dining and bbq area. This is a great space to relax. All bedrooms are nice and spacious but the master bedroom really is special. You look right out at the ocean from your bed and there is also a hammock outside if you are looking for a mid-day nap! I would highly recommend this villa when staying in Antigua.

Welcome to Tamarind Hills Ocean 9 by Exceptional Villas, a magnificent newly completed four-bedroom villa in the exclusive Tamarind Hills Development on the glorious southwest coast of Antigua. The villas here at Tamarind Hills are situated on a sunset-facing bluff between two of Antigua’s most beautiful beaches, they are built into the cliff, so they are in prime position to take full advantage of the extensive ocean views.
Tamarind Hills Ocean 9 is one of the oceanfront Stingrays at Tamarind Hills, located directly above the Caribbean Sea and overlooks the famous Ffryes Beach. Darkwood beach is also easily accessible from the property, giving guests a choice of which beach they would like to venture to daily. Both these beaches are perfect for swimming with the most crystal clear calm turquoise water with soft white sand.
This luxury villa rental has a huge open-plan living area and a large wrap-around terrace with comfy outdoor seating in the shade. Guests can relax here, reading a book while watching the waves lap against the shore of Ffryes beach below. The villa's stunning infinity pool and day bed provide a haven of tranquility while basking in the Caribbean rays. This Antigua rental apartment has floor to ceiling bi-folding glass curtained walls allowing for magnificent west facing panoramic views towards Montserrat.
Tamarind Hills Ocean 9 has 4 spacious and luxurious bedrooms with King size beds. One bedroom is on the first floor while the other three bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each one has magnificent panoramic views from every location. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned, and has high-speed Wi-Fi and en-suite bathrooms.
The villa has a large fully equipped European kitchen where everyone can sit around the large kitchen table to gather for an evening meal while still enjoying the Caribbean breeze from the terrace. Tamarind Hills Ocean 9 has a superb outdoor dining area and outdoor kitchen with BBQ - perfect for a casual dinner al fresco while watching the Antiguan sunset.
The villa has excellent laundry facilities, private parking, and as well as our complimentary pre-arrival concierge service, Onsite concierge is offered at Tamarind Hills. Housekeeping is included every second day and we can arrange additional days if required. The Beach Club at Tamarind Hills is just a few steps from the luxury daybeds on magnificent Ffryes beach. The Beach Club boasts the Wild Tamarind Restaurant and the Clubhouse Poke Bar. Everything was fabulous
Noreen, Everything has been fabulous and we are sad to be leaving our Antigua rental tomorrow. This is a gorgeous home with the perfect set up and we will very much consider coming back here sometime. I do have a question for the owner though. My husband and I are wondering what the kitchen counter surface is? Noreen did an excellent job helping out
Good Morning Aine, Thank you so much for everything. Positive: 1. Noreen did an excellent job helping out. We actually ended up using chef twice and especially last second arrangements with massages. Excellent job. I was also really pleased with how accessible and responsive Noreen was. 2. We had two outages. One was water and the other one was internet. Both where handled well. We lost water at 11:00p.m. and called Bankcroft. He handled very well and at such a late hour. Negatives: 1. Beach is not truly easily accessible. Requires a small drive. Ffreys beach is inaccessible because of construction and Darkwood is walkable but hard to get to with traffic and uphill walking. When you are carrying a tone of stuff is not easily. Over all you did a great job. Villa was excellent. Service was excellent with your office and in Antigua. The small negative things are just there for you guys to evaluate, but they are small. We had a wonderful experience with you and Noreen and will rent with you guys again when time comes. Thank you very much for all your help. Ross

Bancroft was very helpful and friendly as was everyone we met. I am incredibly happy with our holiday and most of all the villa. Beautiful Villa with Incredible Views!
Tamarind Oceans 9 is one of my favourite properties in Antigua- we stayed here recently while on a trip to the island to inspect some of our villas. It offers spectacular views of the crystal clear Caribbean waters and has a warm and welcoming feel to it. Ffryes Beach is a short stroll from the villa- accessed via a private boardwalk just metres above the sea. The living space is downstairs and features a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining table, TV and comfortable sofas. Natural light beautifully floods this space through the floor to ceiling sliding doors. The outdoor space has everything you could want to relax and unwind- a plunge pool perfect for taking a mid-morning dip and a BBQ and table for quintessential outdoor dining. Three of the bedrooms are located on the entry level and all boast their own private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, access to a balcony that wraps around the villa and fantastic sea views. The Master bedroom also features a hammock and comfortable lounges. The forth bedroom is situated off the living area and has an en-suite attached, however this can also be used as a guest bathroom. It is good to know that there is currently some construction work happening close to the villa. However, it was not disruptive to our stay. I enjoyed every minute spent in this villa and cannot recommend it highly enough! It will be a fantastic choice for your trip to the beautiful island of Antigua.
Castle in The Sky
I loved this villa. It really is a piece of heaven. 3 bedrooms are located on the top floor with incredible views of Ffryes Beach and the ocean. The Master Bedroom has a balcony housing a giant hammock where you can while away the hours reading a great book and waiting for the ultimate sunset. A plunge pool with water feature and outside dining & barbeque area add to the endless positives about this wonderful villa. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I cannot recommend Oceans 9 enough.
Truly amazing view
Oceans 9 is without a doubt my favourite villa in Tamarind Villas. I was so impressed - it was truly stunning. The expansive view from this villa is amazing! It is one of the newest villas there and I love the style and decor. Its a great villa for a family or a friends trip, what I love is that all the bedrooms have fantastic ocean views!
