This luxury Turks and Caicos Villa comprises over 2,665 sq ft and is located in its own beautiful secluded gardens directly on a pristine piece of Parrot Cay’s beautiful beach.

Without a doubt, the magical light and scenery in COMO Parrot Cay and Turks and Caicos inspired this villa. It features huge panoramic windows which open right up to take full advantage of a stunning sun deck with relaxing day beds and spectacular views flanked by lush greenery creating a natural cocoon. Each room in the house encompasses indoor living whilst maintaining incredible privacy.
The interiors of the gorgeous chic sitting room have been carefully selected to provide wonderful sophistication together with extreme relaxation. Warm teak, cool marble and super comfortable white sofas define the interior style. All the furnishings are quiet yet luxurious – cashmere, silk suede, marble and leather with many of the pieces coming from Bali.

There is a fully equipped kitchen comprising of stove, microwave, oven, toaster, espresso machine, wine cooler, dishwasher, and an ice machine. The living/dining areas have two and three person sofas, dining table for 6, telephone and WIFI. Tax and service charge
All of the rates are in US Dollars
• Accommodations are subject to 10% service charge, 12% government taxes and 5% Facility Fee
• Incidentals (Food and Beverage, COMO Shambhala services) are subject to 10% service charge and 12% government taxes
• Transfers are only subject to 12% government tax

Occupancy and Extra Person Charge
• Accommodations are single or double occupancy per bedroom
• COMO Parrot Cay allows a maximum of one additional person in Garden Rooms and Ocean Facing Rooms, or two additional persons in COMO Suites, One Bedroom Beach Houses
• For the Family Beach Houses and larger accommodations, extra beds are at COMO Parrot Cay’s discretion
• A fee of $210 per person, per night published rate will be applied to extra person(s) from the age of 13 when sharing accommodations. This extra person fee is based on bed and breakfast and excludes tax, service charge and facility fee

Airport transfers to and from COMO Parrot Cay require car and speedboat rides, and take a total of approximately 50 minutes each way.

Please provide accurate flight arrival and departure details, at least 72 hours prior to date of arrival, in order for COMO Parrot Cay to arrange transfers accordingly. Should flight details not be provided in due time, private transfer charge may apply.
