Welcome to Sweetwater Island Villa, a stunning and spacious three bedroom beachfront villa.

Star-gazing with family or friends doesn't get any better than from the terrace of this stunning and spacious three-bedroom en-suite villa. Located on the small ridge overlooking the western end of the North Beach, Sweetwater boasts striking views from your open-plan kitchen and living area. Surrounded by flowering Bouganvilla, a covered and furnished veranda with a northerly breeze is a favorite dining spot for meal times and cocktails.

A separate family room den with comfortable seating is the perfect chill-out zone after a busy day exploring the surrounding islands. Two of the king-sized bedrooms have ocean views and apart from distinguishing furnishings, Sweetwater is identical in design to Bluemoon Villa. The villa’s three bedrooms comfortably accommodate six. Two equally-appointed master bedrooms have a king size bed with en-suite, while the third room, ideal for the kids, has two twin beds and an en-suite as well. In the master suites, step right from your bed out to the powdery beach.

Inside, Sweetwater Villa combines the comforts of home with a Caribbean island flair. Pastels reminiscent of colonial-style homes paint the walls, while splashes of tropical design patterns bring Bahamian life to the space. Far-reaching windows give views of the surrounding sea, and the storybook white porch, right on the sand, is the perfect spot to enjoy morning cappuccino and light reading.

Included in your stay is a boat, food & drinks, golf cart, access to Hill House (fresh water pool).While dividing your time between tennis, kayaking and sailing tours, there may not be many hours left to venture further afield. But the quaint and charming Staniel Cay town is only a 10 minute boat ride away, as are the must-see Thunderball Grotto snorkeling spot and the legendary friendly swimming pigs of Big Major Cay.You can rent the entire island or separate villas, depending on the size of your group. Seabreeze Villa, sitting atop a hill, offers perhaps the best views on the island.

17’ vessel – 4 persons maximum or 500lb for all passengers
18’ vessel – 6 persons maximum or 850lb for all passengers
Due to safety reasons, should the cumulative weight of the guests exceed the maximum safety capacity then guests are welcome to hire an additional boat from a local vendor.”
