Welcome to SunSpot, a luxurious 6-bedroom beachfront villa rental located on Runaway Bay's sandy shores, one of the best beaches in Jamaica.

SunSpot is set in a lush, well-maintained garden. Walk from your own private pool through the gate to your own white sand beaches along the North Coast of Jamaica. Directly across from the villa is a beautifully manicured golf course.

Recently renovated, the charm of this home continues to radiate from room to room, inside out. This bright beachfront villa with a high-beamed ceiling has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans.

The main house consists of four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a kitchen, dining, and living room with French doors to the patio, a large gazebo, and a pool area with an ocean view. The courtyard area features two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

A new addition to this villa is the newly built games room, which offers views towards the pool and the sea beyond, as well as a wide TV screen to watch your favorite games or movies during downtime from the hot spells of the day in your Jamaican vacation lifestyle.

Staff: At SunSpot, you will have your very own team of wonderful staff. This villa comes with a coordinator, cook, housekeeper, and houseman. The caring staff guarantees your relaxation during your stay in this tranquil, luxurious home.

SunSpot villa will offer an inclusive experience, a meal plan, select activities, and airport transfers, including other services and amenities. Guests will receive the highest level of personalization and customization, with each stay perfectly tailored to individual preferences.

Airport transfers – transfer is included when the booking is seven nights or more; also, only one trip to pick up the entire group. (all persons in the group should arrive around the same time).
