This luxury Nevis vacation rental has the perfect location right beside the Four Seasons resort and close to the golf course. It is also just a short drive from the islands main attractions

This villa is part of the Palm Grove residence and is a semi-detached home. The interior has a wonderful combination of modern and sleek as well as extraordinarily relaxing. The living room has soft beige coloured walls which carry through to the kitchen. It also has a large and extremely comfortable couch for those relaxing moment. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, granite surface and a breakfasts counter with seating for 3 guests. If needed, We can organise for a chef to come and cook breakfast, lunch or dinner for you at any time. You can also order from the resort restaurants and we can deliver it to your door.

Sunset Ridge comprises of 3 bedrooms, a twin room downstairs which have a bathroom close by and two king bedrooms upstairs which are ensuite. Theses also have private terraces with lovely views to be admired. All bedrooms have A/C and satellite TV.

3 double doors open right out onto the large terrace area. It is a fantastic setting for alfresco dining in the mornings and dinners in the evening while watching the sun setting.

The sun deck and infinity pool are particularly beautiful at Sunset Ridge. If you don’t fancy a beach day you will feel right at home here. It comprises of a lovely sitting area with sun umbrellas and supremely comfortable sun loungers. When the sunbathing gets too much you can always cool off in the pool. Another advantage is that the gardens surrounding the pool and villa are full of tropical flowers and foliage to ensure great privacy.

Restaurants
The Resort features many gourmet restaurants and bars offering a wide range of fresh, locally sourced and delicious dining experiences that capture the culture and flavours of Nevis.

~ On the Dune~ The Resort’s new signature pool and beach restaurant, it offers an upscale and relaxed beachside restaurant. In the evenings, On the Dune transforms into a vibrant beachfront party atmosphere featuring late-night DJ sets and live entertainment.

~ EsQuilina~ A fusion of Coastal Mediterranean and Caribbean dishes which will delight guests. The restaurant offers a bustling and interactive breakfast buffet featuring fresh tropical juices and smoothies, omelette station, fresh-baked pastries and more. In the evening, the Mediterranean-inspired dinner menu is highlighted by a giant Crudo bar with raw seafood, burratas and charcuterie, fresh fish grilled in a wood fire and more regional delights.

~ Mango’s~ A short stroll down the beach is the waterfront Mango restaurant, featuring a colourful modern Caribbean menu in an alfresco environment. With spectacular views of St. Kitts and the Caribbean Sea, Mango is also, a perfect spot to catch a spectacular Nevis sunset.

~ Bars~ Crown Monkey Rum Bar, Kastaways Beach Bar and the very popular Kool Rummings Rum cart are perfectly located on the resort so never too far away. Guests will also have a full beach service while relaxing under the Nevis sunshine.

Golf Course
Widely considered one of the best courses in the Caribbean, the dramatic setting of the Robert Trent Jones II-designed golf course offers views of the mountains, neighbouring St. Kitts, the Resort, and, of course, the shining blue sea. This course will not only challenge your game with its constant elevation changes, but you will also encounter the ruins of a historic sugar mill and maybe even a friendly monkey or two cheering you on.

The spectacular Pinney’s' Beach is located just steps away from the Resort. Tennis
Four Seasons Resort Nevis provides tennis lovers with everything they could need.
