Welcome to Sunset Reach, a charming 3-bedroom beachfront apartment that is situated on the white sands of Mullins bay.
Mullins beach stretches all the down to Gibbs bay and is one of the livelier beaches on the west coast. Whether it's sunbathing under the Caribbean sun, swimming in the pristine turquoise waters, trying out one of the many water sports, or just cooling off in their famous Beach Bar, the choice is yours.
If one fancies a Spa treatment the "Indulgence" Spa is located across the road. Treat yourself and relax your mind, body, and spirit. Royal Westmoreland golf course is a 10-minute drive from the villa.
Speightstown is located within a short walking distance of the villa. This once bustling port is now a more laid-back shopping town, especially for people looking for beautiful local art. All the amenities are here such as banks, grocery stores, bars, and restaurants
Sunset reach has an open living area that guides you out onto a spacious balcony where guests can dine alfresco whilst, enjoying breathtaking views of the shimmering sea below. There is also a spacious sundeck equipped with lounge chairs, which is ideal for those who wish to lie back and bask in the Caribbean sun. Fancy a swim in the aquamarine waters of Mullins, on your way back there is an outdoor shower unit provided.
The apartment has three air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and sleeps four persons comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed, whilst the second bedroom boasts a double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
Our wonderful housekeeper will prepare you 2 consecutive meals per day you have a choice of breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner.

Beach Club Access at Mullins Beach - Royal Westmoreland
Larry Rogers Beach Club on Mullins Beach sustained damages during the passage of Hurricane Beryl, and it is now closed for repairs. It'll be back better than ever in a couple of months! Updates will be passed on as they are shared with us.
For those villas where the RWM membership is included in the rates, please note the following:
- The beach is open, and guests can get a chair, umbrella, and towel from the beach attendants as customary
- Parking at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with access cards
- Bathroom facilities are located across the street from the beach club and are separate from Singita's bathrooms
- SeaShed is located next door to Larry Rogers and will be open every day from 11:30am (always check directly with the SeaShed for changes to opening days/times). This is an option for meals and drinks at the guests' expense as the restaurant of the Club is closed for refurbishment.
