When you walk through the front doors of Sunset Paradise, your eyes are attracted straight away to the panoramic view of the Caribbean ocean. This Nevis Villa has a traditional Caribbean feel to it, bright and airy with colourful plantation pictures and ornaments speckled around this beautiful home.
This luxury Nevis villa comes with 4 bedrooms all on the first floor. Each of the bedrooms has a king-size bed, ceiling fans, and features double doors which open out on to the terrace. There are two bedrooms on each side of the main living area.

The living plan is open and is very spacious. Your extremely well-appointed kitchen is designed from dark wood and is brightened by the modern appliances and turquoise coloured walls. There is a marble-topped island in the middle of the kitchen which great to sit around for those coffee morning chats.

The living area has several sofas and chairs, a wall entertainment centre for cable television, a DVD player, radio and wireless internet access. From here there are double doors that lead onto a stunning covered terrace with a tiled decking making this Luxury Nevis villa the perfect house to enjoy indoor/outdoor living.

The Terrace then leads out onto a large private swimming pool with relaxing sunbeds. This is the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail or a stunning meal with friends and family. The house is beautifully decorated to create a vibrant living experience synonymous with that of the Caribbean. ~ On the Dune~ The Resort’s new signature pool and beach restaurant, it offers an upscale and relaxed beachside restaurant. In the evenings, On the Dune transforms into a vibrant beachfront party atmosphere featuring late-night DJ sets and live entertainment.

~ EsQuilina~ A fusion of Coastal Mediterranean and Caribbean dishes which will delight guests. The restaurant offers a bustling and interactive breakfast buffet featuring fresh tropical juices and smoothies, omelette station, fresh-baked pastries and more. Golf Course
