This luxury villa is comprised of two floors, the ground floor, and the top floor. The overall architectural approach and interior design follow a very light and traditional layout. The spaces are full of warmth and natural light as the rooms are fitted with large ceiling to floor windows. The rustic rooms with the finest attention to detail enhances each corner of the villa. It has been designed with the use of natural, environmentally friendly materials, combining traditional architecture with a dash of modernity, satisfying the highest of expectations. It uses soft cream and earthy tones and the interiors have been decorated with a country-style touch.

On the ground floor, there is a large fully equipped open plan kitchen leading to a spacious relaxed living room where you can relax while dining with friends. Its traditional design provides a very chic and sophisticated ambiance. The substantial open-plan living space has an accompanying open terrace. The main living area looks out over the open garden, pool area, and outdoor dining table. Kolymbari (1.7km) is a picturesque seaside village located on between the northern coastline of western Crete and the Rodopos peninsula stretching towards the north. This quaint Cretan village is embedded in tropical landscapes that are laced in olive groves and is based beside the glistening sea. The village holds a very authentic and traditional ambiance through its layout and design. It is perfect for you to indulge yourself in the historical Greek lifestyle. Here you will also find a quiet pebbled beach that extends eastwards up to the Tavronitis area. The waters are crystal clear and wait steadily for you to enjoy a crisp swim. You will find quirky shopping outlets and grocery stores, as well as some delicious cafes.

The village is based close to your private villa and therefore is an approximate 24 km from the city of Chania. Chania Airport sits at 38km, while Heraklion Airport is further at 160km from your villa. Souda Port is 23km from Villa Sunlight. The closest white sandy beach, Tavronitis Beach, is a short five to ten minutes’ drive (2.4km). Local restaurants and shops are all within a 2km distance making any amenities you may need easily accessible.
