Villa Summertime is perched on the ideal location as it rests close to the sugar-fine sandy shores of Silver Sands Beach. The beach is roughly 700m from the villa, making a two-minute drive or a short ten-minute walk. The soft sandy shoreline is perfect for an early morning walk as the sun stretches over the land. The waters are well-preserved, and just beyond the beach, there are snorkelling excursions available to experience the colourful reefs. Dive in to experience the endless colour pallet of tropical fish. Walk along the beach and let the waves lap lazily onto your toes. The beach offers incredible views of the crystalline turquoise waters. Spending a day on the beach comes easy. You can sunbathe along the golden sand or enjoy a refreshing swim at any time. Leroy’s Beach Bar is located on the shore and offers some delicious food and beverages. The beach is very quiet and has lifeguards. It also offers a variety of night activities such as a bonfire.

The enclosed terrace is surrounded by vibrant tropical flowers and delicate plants that carry sweet-smelling scents along with the fresh Pacific air. The villa is nestled in a quiet estate, so the property has full privacy and serenity. The outdoor living space comes with an alfresco dining area and an abundance of outdoor seating. The terrace overlooks the incredible sea views. At the entrance of the property, there is a private parking area for you to use.

The Villa embraces a modern and elegant open concept design. The main living area is fitted with large plush sofas that are bold blue and enjoy access to the terrace. The breezes can float easily through the room, and the high vaulted ceilings combined with the ceiling fans keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The large windows allow an abundance of light to flood the room. It indulges in natural materials such as smooth tiled floors, whitewashed walls and thatched seats creating Caribbean island ambience. The dining area blends harmoniously with the living area and seats eight guests. While the kitchen comes fully equipped and ready to use, your professional chef, Teiran, is at hand to cater for all your nutritional needs.

The villa has a total of four luxurious bedrooms, each featuring their own private en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms offer a range of Spa bath products, fresh robes, and hair dryers. Towels and beach towels are also provided. The master suite is where you will find the luxurious king-sized bed. Two bedrooms feature large queen-sized beds while the fourth bedroom is fitted with two comfortable twin beds. Each bedroom in the villa comes fully air-conditioned, features a high-resolution television, ceiling fans, and secure Wi-Fi access.
