Summertime

Welcome to our brand new Villa Summertime St Barts, located in Pointe Milou with stunning views of the ocean. The villa is located just above the Christopher Hotel and has the most gorgeous sunset views.

The main living space is the heart of the villa and be fully closed off for air conditioning or completely opened up on both sides to leave the natural breezes to flow throughout. The living area seamlessly connects to the deck which features a lovely heated pool. The pool is the ideal place to relax on those cool Caribbean evenings and looking out at that wonderful view.

The living area also features a gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped with all you need to cook your tasty meals. There is a breakfast bar that is ideal for having a quick meal. In this area, you also have a lovely living with a large L-shaped sofa where you can enjoy the views onto the deck/pool and the blue sea beyond.

The deck also has a lovely rustic dining table that is covered and looks right out at the view. A lot of clients like to stay in a for a night or two to take advantage of gazing out at the view.

The villa has 4 ensuite bedrooms and there are two of these bedrooms located at either side of the living area that both feature queen-sized beds with ensuite bathrooms. One floor down, there is the third bedroom that also features a queen bed with ensuite bathroom.

The 4th bedroom which is the master bedroom is located on the lowest level. This is a very spacious room and maximum privacy in comparison to the other bedrooms and features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. All the bedrooms at Summertime have U.S. satellite TV, as well as a BlueTooth station.

When you book with Exceptional Villas, we provide complimentary concierge service prior to and during your trip. Our concierge can help you plan excursions, book and recommend restaurants, car rental, chef hire, arrange surprises, grocery pre stock and anything you can think that will make planning your trip easier for you.

The villa is located only 45 metres from the hotel Christopher so you could walk there for a drink or dinner. The airport is only 12 min drive away while the Eden Rock Hotel is only 10 mins drive from the villa. The closest beach to villa Summertime is Lorient which is only 6 min drive in the car.

This villa is perfect for families, smaller groups and couples who travel together. There is a daily maid service 6 days per week excluding Sundays and public holidays.
