Welcome to Sugar Mill villa, located in Galley Bay Heights in Antigua. Sugar Mill sits on a waterfront hillside with spectacular views overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Bordered by a roof-top garden, hand-crafted natural stone wall and split-level design, this sea-side home is architecturally exceptional.

Outdoor living and relaxing will make up a great part of your stay at Villa Sugar Mill. The villa offers you an outdoor living room setting warmly furnished with comfortable external furniture, just perfect for relaxing and taking in the breath taking panoramic views of the bay. The Pool Deck is home to a large professional grade BBQ grill & bar, a dining area with outdoor dining furniture, lounge chairs and sofas. The veranda has the infinity edge swimming pool and the Jacuzzi.

The villa comes with 6 bedrooms; three located in the main floor, two located in the lower floor and one in the romantic cottage. All the bedrooms have private bathroom, ceiling fans, A-C and spacious wardrobes. All the rooms offer breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed with tasteful all around details added to accentuate the room and a fabulous walk-in closet. The master bathroom is fitted with a walk-in rain shower, a king size Jacuzzi style tub, a large bath tub and his and hers vanity. The three other bedrooms are also very spacious, stylishly furnished and are en-suited with their own bathroom with walk-in rain showers.

The master bedroom and the three junior suites are complemented by their own verandas overlooking the inviting Caribbean Sea. The fifth bedroom is conveniently laid out on the lower level of the villa. It is en-suited with its own bathroom and is also classily furnished; although this room was originally built for a nanny/maid it can easily be used for to house a guest. To top it all, Villa Sugar Mill offers you added privacy and comfort with its cosy cottage. The cottage is en-suited with its own bathroom, fully functional kitchen, living area and private veranda.

BEDROOMS
All the bedrooms of this Caribbean holiday retreat are elegant and airy. Three bedrooms are located on the main level of the villa, two bedrooms are located in the lower level, and the sixth bedroom is in the romantic cottage. All the bedrooms have private bathroom, ceiling fans, A/C, and are equipped with large French doors ensuring their comfortable coolness day and night and offer stunning views.

COTTAGE
A unique, romantic private cottage which includes en-suite bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with both shower and bath tub, living area, kitchenette, and its own veranda with comfortable outdoor furnishing to relax and admire the bay. The cottage is located at few steps away from the main villa. From here, the natural stone pathway descends to the beach.

LIVING ROOM & INTERNAL DINING ROOM
The living room is simply furnished with oversize sofas. The oversize vaulted ceiling of this room gives the distinct impression of being out into the open and it is further enhanced by the overhead sky window bringing the natural light in. The view of Deep Bay is just amazing. A representation of a sugar mill is actually build inside the property and separate the living from the main dining room, where a heavy round table and chairs are placed for indoor meals. Both rooms open up on the pool deck by screened sliding doors. This area is fully air conditioned and stylish fans are added throughout.

EXTERNAL DINING ROOM, POOL & LOUNGE AREAS
Outdoor living and relaxing time will make up a great part of your stay at this holiday home. The villa offers you an outdoor living setting furnished with comfortable furniture, while admiring breath taking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. The veranda is home to a large professional grade BBQ grill & bar, a dining area with extensive table and chairs, lounge chairs and sofas with coffee table. The infinity edge swimming pool is shaped as to resemble the natural profile of the bay, just stunning at sight. A round shaped Jacuzzi is also on the veranda, assuring refreshing times every moments of the day.

ISLAND KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen boasts professional grade stainless steel appliances such as two dishwashers, refrigerator, freezer, professional oven and microwave, and small appliances and utensils. The top is made with Italian marble and the cabinets are custom made, imported from Italy. The island houses the professional cook top.

TV ROOM
Entertainment continues inside the lovely TV room. Here you will find a 60" Plasma HDTV Television with state of the art sound system to ensure an unforgettable entertainment experience while comfortably lounging on a beautiful large L-shaped orange sofa.

Enjoy a relaxing massage in the comfort of your private room. Beautician who offers a variety of services is also available. Our concierge can book these services at the villa for you, early booking is required.

VILLA'S NOTE:
Power: The house has both 110V and 220V. The 110V system is the American style of plug. The 220 V has European fittings with 3 circular holes. 60 Hz are available.
