Sugar Cane Ridge has been recently renovated and indulges an abundance of top-class features and amenities. The newly constructed Mimosa offers an expansive and modern living space fitted with contemporary furnishings. With the unobstructed golf views held at its center, the villa offers a light and airy home. The high vaulted ceilings and large windows flood the space with light and the islands fresh breezes. The villa is designed using a variety of luxurious materials such as marbleized tiled floors, soft ornate rugs, wooden furnishings, and smooth tiled walls.

The main Living area is located on the first floor of the villa. With access out onto the covered balcony, the room is filled with light and enjoys elevated views of the surrounding resort. The living, dining and kitchen area blends into one grand room. The living area is fitted with two plush sofas and sits opposite the large plasma screen TV. Behind it is the fully equipped Kitchen fitted with Miele appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle and an elongated breakfast bar, seating an additional three guests. The dining area seats a further eight guests while the alfresco dining table on the balcony seats eight guests also. The room features quaint potted plants and intricate island style décors such as shells and delicate artwork.

As you set into holiday mode, wake up each morning and walk out onto the terrace to soak in the golf views.
