The property is set over three levels and is perfect for accommodating a group of eight, be they family members or friends. It features three luxurious bedrooms on the lower level and a fourth at the entrance level, perfect for guests with limited mobility. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning, and the master bedroom, with a king bed, and the second bedroom, with a queen bed, also feature direct access to the pool deck and en-suite bathrooms. They present the perfect setup for a reinvigorating deep sleep during the nights you spend at Sugar Cane Ridge #12.

The house's communal areas are located on the top level of the property. Exquisitely appointed living and dining room areas decorated in soft, calm, colours are set up in an inviting fashion. This open space also incorporates the kitchen area, which features brand new top-end appliances and finishes perfect for preparing some delicious Barbadian specialities you may have picked up during your restaurant hopping on the island. Enjoying the spacious covered patio is the ideal way to relax and take in the beautiful tropical breeze and panoramic views of the golf course and the Caribbean Sea beyond.

Guests spending their vacation at Sugar Cane Ridge #12 will receive discounted rates when playing golf at Royal Westmoreland, access to the beach facility at Mullins Beach as well as to the clubhouse’s communal pool, bar and restaurant, flood lit tennis cours and so much more. There is never a dull moment to be had!

Our Concierge Service is at your disposal to assist you in exploring everything Barbados has on offer. From guided tours to Harrison’s Cave, feed the green monkeys at the Wildlife Reserve in Farley Hill or take a train ride and tour of the historic St. Nicholas Abbey, they are there to assist, so do not hesitate to contact them.

2. Use of the golf course, tennis and paddle courts (golf, tennis and paddle are payable) - Tee off times October to April are available only between 9:00am and Noon and after 1:00pm. Current cost is Bds $550; Twilight rate Bds $300 from 2:30pm onward - After April and until September, there are no tee time restrictions.
