A magnificent Mediterranean ambience is created in this Jamaican villa with wonderful touches ~ blue mosaic pool, flower-draped balconies and porches, salmon-hued Italian tiles and textures of terra cotta and stone.

Relax in the breathtaking and breezy large veranda where you can gaze down at the stunning soft grassy lawn gently slopes 30 feet to the 100-foot private beach. Spend your days in our brand new infinity-edge pool, pool deck and Jacuzzi to catch superb panoramic views of Discovery Bay.



Only the finest home-cooked meals are served on the veranda ~ or guests may opt to dine in the country-French indoor dining room, an equally elegant and magical space to dine. As a special treat, the marvellous staff will plan a torchlight beach party ~ chicken, lobster, tenderloin or fresh fish grilled on the outdoor barbecue.

The seaside gazebo is a paradise that provides the most incredible glimpses of glorious sunsets across the water while dining romantically by candlelight. A spectacular night-light show can also be seen from this magical location.

Puerto Seco Beach – Complimentary to guests on Discovery Bay
Located near Fortlands Road's entrance (a 10-15 minute walk or 3-minute drive from your villa), is the newest water park & beach club to the North Coast. For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks & paddleboards. The club hosts a full-service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.

Water sports are available just a few minutes drive from Sugar Bay. In lively Ocho Rios 25 minutes away are nightlife, excellent restaurants, shops, open-air craft markets, more water sports, Prospect Plantation Great House, rafting on the Martha Brae, jitney tours of a working plantation and dramatic Dunn's River Falls. Driving time from the Montego Bay airport to Sugar Bay is approximately 55 minutes. Discovery Bay is a pristine aqua jewel on Jamaica's north coast boasting some of the Island's most beautiful private homes. Sugar Bay is one of the best.

Jamaica which is the third-largest island in the Caribbean is a wonderful luxuriant tropical paradise. As well as having great beaches, a vibrant culture, incredible scenery, lively music and wonderful food, Jamaica is without a doubt the friendliest of all the Caribbean islands.

Jamaica is crossed by a range of mountain in the centre of the island reaching 2256m in height at the Blue Mountain peak. The Blue Mountains span some twenty-eight miles and they dominate the eastern side of Jamaica and it is here that the famous Blue Mountain Coffee beans are grown.

There is great scenery and walking in the Blue Mountain however most visitors to Jamaica come for the wonderful weather and the beaches. There are many other activities to be enjoyed such as a walk up the incredible waterfall at Dune’s River, historical tours of some wonderful old plantations houses and walking around Shaw’s Botanical Gardens. Then there is the wonderful Jamaican food to be enjoyed which is a fusion of different cultures and so often can be enjoyed to the sounds of distinctive and eclectic music which is a great tradition in Jamaica started by the King of Reggae Bob Marley.

You can make 10 trips to Jamaica and visit 10 different places and each time you will return home with a kaleidoscope of different memories; the beaches, the sea, the reefs, the dolphins, the cliffs, the rivers, the horses, the mountain and the waterfalls. Oh and not to forget the Rum!

Most of our luxury vacation rentals in Jamaica are located to the north and west coast which is also where the most fabulous beaches are located. Here you will find exquisitely blue waters and some of the best diving in the world as well as some great golf courses. The main areas are Montego Bay, Negril where you will find a 7-mile long beach with pearl white sands and clear shallow waters and Ocho Rios but we do also have some wonderful villas rentals close to the capital Kingston in Strawberry Hill and other more remote parts of the island.
