Fear not for the height of the building, as the villa features an elevator to reach the upper echelons with ease. Swaying palms and landscaped gardens to the rear of the property help to bolster the tropical mood that the villa enjoys. Across the bay, the lights of Puerto Vallarta can be seen shining, reflecting off the pristine waters of the Pacific in the evenings. Blissfully cool waters await guests in the infinity-edge pool, the perfect remedy to counteract the warm temperate climate of Mexico’s balmy weather during the day. Alternatively, for evening dips into the water, the pool water can be heated, making it almost irresistible to come out of when faced with the prospect of swimming under the stars.

Inside, the luxury continues; well-placed lighting fixtures fill every corner of the lovingly decorated rooms, while glass floor-to-ceiling terrace doors provide an unobtrusive view of the well-manicured lawn and infinity-edge pool that awaits guests, extending the living space out onto the stone-laid terrace. The décor is decidedly Mexican, with beautiful patterns embellishing the upholstery; everything from the couch cushions to the large luxurious rugs that feel plush underfoot is awash with a colorful array of patterns. Gorgeous high-quality hardwoods are used in the furniture, their rich coloration complimenting the abundance of hues that are arranged around the room, and the addition of modern artwork displayed on the walls makes for a visually stimulating and pleasing space to sit and relax in. An abundance of comfortable seating is spread around the lounge area, leaving no shortage for guests to choose from. The lounge also contains a bar, making it the perfect room to entertain family and friends as the evening wears on into the night. A media room and games room are also present in the villa, ensuring there’s ample entertainment available for guests to enjoy, as well as a fully-equipped fitness center for those looking to keep their exercise regime on schedule.

The kitchen and dining room lie adjacent to the lounge area; seating for 10 is available around the dining room table. The kitchen is of professional grade while maintaining a stylish flair; the cabinetry is expertly crafted hardwood, sitting comfortably alongside modern, state-of-the-art appliances. A marble countertop island sits directly in the center, while also doubling as a breakfast bar, ideal for a morning coffee or a quick snack in between activities. The bedrooms are located on the mid and upper floors of the villa, featuring luxurious beds and bedding in each. Floor-to-ceiling glass in each room maximizes the amount of light that enters each room, displaying the spectacular vista that is afforded to guests each morning upon waking. Almost all rooms have access to a private balcony beyond the glass, with comfortable seating available to enjoy the fresh breeze of the morning. Facing west, unobscured glorious sunset views that grace Mexico’s shores are on display.
