Welcome to Starfish Kai, a luxury 2-bedroom villa located in Cayman Kai, Cayman Islands.

Starfish Kai offers a quiet atmosphere along a secluded residential road in Cayman Kai. The villa has its own beachfront setting, with calm water. The sand is ultra-soft and is a great barefoot beach with shallow warm water.

Starfish Kai is also known as unit C28 of the Kaibo Phase II condominiums. The owners of the property recently renovated this second-floor condo, sparing no expense. This home makes for the perfect vacation home in Grand Cayman and offers both luxury and privacy while being only a short walk from The Kaibo marina, cafe, restaurants, and watersports.

Snorkel and scuba charters depart from The Kaibo Marina, as well as the Cayman Ferry to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach. The Rum Point Club is also within walking distance for snorkeling, barefoot swimming, and watersports. Or if you wish, you can spend your days lounging on one of the many beautiful beaches on the island.

Starfish Point is also only a short 5-minute walk west. For fun under the stars, book a kayak tour of the Bioluminescent Bay and watch the water glow at night. This is an experience all guests can enjoy together. What better way to create lifelong memories with your loved ones?

Bright white shiplap wall treatment, porcelain plank flooring, and a full kitchen redesign show that nothing has been overlooked at Starfish Kai. Wolf and Sub-zero major appliances, a beverage fridge, a built-in microwave, and beaded-edge cabinetry are all over-the-top.

Carerra marble is used throughout the bathrooms and gives a very clean and tidy resort look. Nest thermostats control an entirely new air conditioning system.

Outside amenities include a large pool deck with plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sun. The shared pool includes a spa (heated in winter only) overlooking a white sandy beachfront with seaside hammocks for guests to enjoy.

For a two-bedroom condo, Starfish Kai has the finer amenities of a larger villa. You won't find a more wonderfully upgraded condo in the Kaibo Phase II complex.

LOCATION:
Starfish Kai is based on the beach and indulges in panoramic ocean views. Grand Cayman Island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from any of the key locations. Cayman Kai offers the best beaches as they do not have as much marine and plant life inhabiting the shallows.

The sunsets in this location are breathtaking, and Barefoot beach allows you to make the most of these wonderful evenings. Along the beach, you will find the Rum Point Club. This is a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, many water sports activities, a delicious restaurant bar and grill, a gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball games. You will also be able to find the Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, bar, and marina along Rum Point.
