Welcome to Southampton Hideaway from Exceptional Villas, our stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located in the prestigious Southampton area of Long Island, New York.

Southampton Hideaway is situated within a lush private garden nestled beneath dappled tree shade, creating the perfect relaxation retreat for up to 9 guests. This beautiful home offers a wonderful layout on the main floor, which includes an elegant living area come library, with a fireplace, TV and comfortable leather sofas and a leather chair, creating the perfect spot to relax. A couple of steps up leads you into the beautiful dining area, with a gorgeous dining table and comfortable seating for up to 10 guests. The high ceilings and clever use of windows flood this home in natural light.

The fully fitted kitchen is a cook’s delight, with an eight-burner stove, two dishwashers, gorgeous granite countertops and all the necessary equipment to create culinary dishes during your stay. It has an island with 4 stools, so that you can keep the cook company during meal prep or linger over your morning coffee as you plan your day ahead. There are sliding glass doors leading out to the terrace and pool area, which has a table and chairs plus an outdoor grill, perfect for alfresco dining.

For something a little different, your dedicated Exceptional Villas Concierge would be delighted to arrange a Private Chef to come to the home to prepare and serve a delicious meal for you and your guests to enjoy, just sit back, relax and enjoy.

There are two bedrooms located on the main floor of this luxurious home. The master bedroom with a king sized bed, walk in closet, sliding glass doors leading out to the pool area. It is beautifully decorated in neutral tones and bathed in natural light. Bedroom two has a queen size bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom, which has a full-sized tub, step in shower and dual vanity.

There are three further spacious bedrooms located upstairs, plus two bathrooms. Bedroom three is the upstairs master bedroom with a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, dressers, and the neutral calming décor continues. Bedroom four has a queen size bed, with sliding glass doors leading out onto a private balcony. Bedroom 5 has a single twin bed.

Southampton Hideaway has a gorgeous outdoor area, the gardens are beautifully landscaped, and the private pool is just perfect for a day of total relaxation. There are plenty of padded sun loungers and umbrellas with an outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining

LOCATION
The village of Southampton is the largest of many communities located in The Hamptons on Long Island, New York. Named after the Earl of Southampton, it is the oldest English settlement in New York state. The village is located on the southeast coastline of Long Island and is widely regarded as one of the premier summer resorts in North America.

Many wealthy and influential people call Southampton home and indeed, half of the billionaires who have residences throughout the Hamptons reside in and around Southampton. There are many excellent beaches nearby, the four main beaches being Flying Point Beach, Ponoquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Cooper’s Beach with immaculate white sands and grass-covered dunes has been voted as one of the top beaches in the country, on more than one occasion. There is plenty to do away if you fancy a break from the beach, The Shinnecock Cultural Center & Museum is a must for those interested in Native American history, featuring information spanning over 10,000 years. Cultural events are a constant at the Southampton Arts Center, featuring art exhibitions, films, literary readings and workshops for children. With an array of excellent restaurants, coffee shops and quirky boutiques, Southampton is truly a wonderful place to vacation. Easily accessible from Manhattan, Southampton is approximately 2 hours journey time either by train, bus or car.
